Paul Jose kept in communication with us and when he had a conflict of schedules immediately called us and arranged a time that was satisfactory to us. He was very professional on the job, but also gave it that personal touch that could be considered going the "extra mile". He walked through the job site first and then gave a summary of what he would be doing and what he was looking for. His response with the results was in the time frame we needed to make further decisions concerning the job.

Jose was very prompt and professional. My only disappointment was when I asked how much it cost. He gave me a quote. When my husband wrote the check it was for $100.00 more. I wish he would have been more clear when I asked.
