Paul is helpful, educates the customer and the buyer/seller if need be. He is great with giving advice and I would hire him whenever I needed mold and water problems for advice on mitigating issues. I am very happy with his response to my requests.

The business has my $350 however I do not have email or written reports after 5 Business days. I never thought nor seen evidence of mold at my house. Really concerned about air quality and documentation that my house is not making me or my cancer sick mother ill. I wanted a third party to confirm that my house is safe so my kid s mother would have zero excuse for me to see my kids at my house. Concerned father!
