We are Jose Tech Inspection Services and have been doing both home and Business inspection for the last 8 years in the West Sound area of Washington. We do mold, Lead and have recently started a new service with looking for indoor Volatile Organic Compounds, gasoline, paint, and other indoor compounds that may be causing you breathing issues. We also use thermography as a help to find different issues in your home such as water you cannot see or an insulation problems that may be causing condensation. PAUL CAME THE SAME DAY I CALLED HIM. A TOTAL CHECK OF MY HOME PINPOINTED AREAS OF DAMPNESS AND MOLD INFESTATION UNDER THE FLOORS, THE CARPET, IN THE WALLS, BEHIND CABINETS. UNDER BATHROOM TILE! HIS FEE FOR THE TESTING, LAB REPORTS AND WRITTEN REPORT WAS $250. I WILL RECEIVE 2 DAY TEST RESULTS! EXCELLENT! I WOULD RECOMMEND PAUL TO EVERYONE AND WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN.
