Timberland Floors

Floors look great! Think they should take three days vs two to get the work done. Can tell they left in a hurry, leaving tape and other debris around the house. Also black cord on sanding machine marred the walls but overall the floors look lovely, the staff was great and the result was good. A delicate, very difficult to remove layer of dust in every room in my house! Still dusting 4 days later! Again, floors are beautiful! Thanks Kien

They were very quick, efficient and friendly. He gave me an up front quote for standard refinished floors and how much to add on a color stain. It took a total of 3 days. He also did another property for me in which he moved all furniture for me. Would highly recommend this crew!

Kien and his crew were very timely and efficient. Kien was able to make several visits to our home prior to starting to ensure that all repairs needed to the existing floors were identified in advance and taken care of during the floor refinishing process. This included patching some empty spaces that were previously covered by carpet and installing new trim pieces at floor transitions. The repaired sections blend naturally with the existing flooring. Very professional work!

I definitely recommend Timberland floors for hardwood floor restoration Kien and Do were timely, professional and efficient. Other contractors said it could not be done and my old hard wood floors look brand new. In addition the rest of the water damage repaired, including drywall, painting and molding. They did a great job, it was awesome.

What an excellent experience upon hiring Timberland Floors Corp. to refinish our floors! I asked for an estimate, Kien sent out his foreman Phoung and we got their estimate in no time. They didnâ t waste time, stayed on top of the project and kept us posted with the progress not to mention the big two stains on the floor that posted challenges to get rid of were taken care of. Well, the finished hardwood floors exceeded our expectations. Wife was quite happy indeed! I would highly recommend these guys, and Iâ ll definitely do business with them again.

I would hire Timberland Floors again. They were friendly and careful with our home. The areas were sealed off, lots of communication as the process progressed. They finished earlier than expected which was great. We are very pleased with the workmanship and customer service.

Friendly, punctual and did exactly what they said they would do

I bought this house 11 years ago and it had brand new carpet in the living room, hallway and three bedrooms. Once the carpet had outlived its usefulness it was time to pull it up and finish the hardwood underneath. Timberland Was a great fit, professional, courteous and on time. It was completed in 3 days without any headaches. They weren’t the lowest bid, a couple hundred more, his bid came only a couple hours after seeing the place. We discussed many options and I knew it would be done right. Thank you for the awesome floors!

I hired Timberland to refinish my floors + install new hardwood floors. They did a great job, removing numerous stains from previous pets + irregularities from water damage. They also did a great job communicating, cleaning up after, etc. I would recommend them to anyone and appreciate their great work! (And my new floors!)

Be sure to write down everything that is included as part of the project. Kien is not always there to tell help what was agreed upon.

Original 1963 hardwood floors under carpet all this time. Wood floors had glue/tape and bad stains. Timberland restored them better than I had ever hoped. Love my new authentic oak floors. Arrived when they said and finished when they said.

Very conscientious

Prompt initial response, then, needed to remind to follow through. Floor repair itself did look good but wall gouged- with a large area of plaster loss that now needs its own repair, in addition to small gouges outside. Hose used with than mud splattered onto house wall needing post-project cleanup.
