They were very easy to work with and they were timely and quick.

Kien was good to deal with. He was timely, responsive to questions, completed the job in the timeframe predicted and according to the bid, was flexible when we requested changes, and returned to fix problems. However, he sub contracted much of the work to someone who wasn't very well trained so the quality suffered.

I would recommend Timberland Flooring to any of my friends or co-workers looking to get their wood floors refinished. My fir floors were almost 100 years old and left under carpets and brown stain or paint. The floor was incredibly beautiful when finally revealed in all its glory. Thank you for the quick, efficient and congenial service!

They did a good job.

The job done was fantastic! The workers were courteous and on time. The job was completed in a very quick and professional manner. The finished job far exceeded the cost! We would gladly recommend Timberland to all our friends.

Kein and his partner were prompt and courteous. The floors look good. When asked..on short notice.. Kein also installed new hardwood on my stairwell landing that matched the existing wood beautifully. My one issue was that a small stain was left on my living room floor. When i called to complain..Kein rectified the problem by coming out the next morning to replace those boards..at no extra cost.

Tim essentially destroyed my new wood floors. Operator error or unserviced equipment caused "chatter" and the floor looked like a washboard with ripples. He tried to fix it by re-sanding, but made the problem worse. Tim agreed to hire another contractor to re-sand and refinish again - and that's the last I heard of Tim. He never called again and never returned a call. He didn't pay the contractor he hired and I was sued for the bill - who, by the way couldn't fix Tim's damage fully. I paid Tim a percentage of his bill before he started; I have to pay the second contractor in full; and my floors still arent' right. At your own risk here.

We had our 22 year old oak hardwood floors refinished and they look brand new. Kien was very professional and always took our phone calls or called us right back. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend this company.

Timberland hardwod floors did the repair of my floors. The actual work was great but my experience with the owner was not the best experience. His co worker did great work, but we had problems with scheduling, communication , and him raising his voice at me. I am not happy with the attitude and behavor with the owner -- but my floors look great

He missed our first appointment, but once he did show up the following week, he gave me the best estimate, and did a fantastic job. The first contractor that came out said they couldn't remove the paint from the floor, and that I would need to do that myself, and then they would come back and refinish the final layer. Tim came in and said it wouldn't be a problem. In 3 days I was walking on my beautiful restored hardwood floors. I will definitely have Timberland back to do additional rooms in the future!!

They did a good job on refinishing my oak staircase and buffing out surface scratches in my living room. Good job- done exactly as explained, on time, and cleanly finished. Very professional and respectful of my time and home.

Tim was very easy to work with, had a very reasonable bid and did an outstanding job. He refinished the oak floors downstairs and fir floors upstairs, over 2000 square feet. They look stunning. They were not in very good condition but they look beautiful now. His price included taking out the carpet and hauling it all away. He also painted the stairs, which could not be refinished. Very highly recommended

Tim from Timberland was the first to contact me and came over within hours to give me an estimate. His pricing was good and he delivered on time. Most importantly, he was easy to reach and usually answered his phone immediately. The few times I left a message, he returned my call very quickly. I felt very comfortable working with him and my floors and cabinets look gorgeous.

We love our "new" floors! Tim was super responsive and the most affordable. He was helpful in deciding what to do about certain aspects of the floor refinishing and offered an inexpensive option to repair a slope in the floor around the fireplace. He even cut it to fit the new tile so we wouldn't have to make as many cuts. We're very happy with the end result and would refer him to our friends ... in fact, we already have!

Tim arrived on time each day that he worked on our floor project. He wove hardwood into our existing hardwood floor, completed a floor repair and also a door repair. He and his workers were very professional and cleaned up the area after the end of the work day. I would highly recommend Timberland Floors!
