Great job

Three Tree Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago and we were thrilled with the work, cost, and their professionalism (see my previous review). I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. If you need any roof work done, you should absolutely contact Three Tree Roofing. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This was a great experience. Everyone, from the bid to the work was perfect. The crew was polite, on time, communicated what was happening. They worked very hard. Every single contact my husband and I had with Three Tree Roofing, from Jack who gave the bid to Craig coordinating at the office to Dino and his crew on the roof was professional, ethical and friendly. The crew showed up on time every morning, worked very hard in terrific heat and were a team, integrated and in harmony.. They cleaned up every day and were considerate of us. Great company

I prefer doing business with a small local companies such as Three Tree Roofing. They were great from the first meeting with Danny (sales) to the last day when we did the walk-through. Noe and his crew worked extremely hard between rainy days. Neil, the owner, was always available to address my questions and concerns. The process took longer than expected, but I really like the final results. Roof looks great. Itâ s great to have peace of mind with the warranty of 25 years of workmanship and 50 years manufacturer warranty on Certainteed presidential shingles. You cannot go wrong with a local family owned business. They take pride in their work.

We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Three Tree Roofing for our roof replacement and new gutters. The price they quoted was in line with other estimates and was a very fair price. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When we were having trouble deciding on the shingle color, they swung by and dropped of some sample shingles so we could make a decision. They stayed in contact from the time we selected them through the end of the process and kept us updated on the status. The crew that installed the roof was very courteous and keep our property clean over the two days it took finish the replacement. Because of rain, they were unable to paint the vent pipes and flashing but they came back a couple of days later to finish. If you are looking to have a roof replaced or installed I would highly recommend that you consider Three Tree Roofing.

I had my roof & gutter project done in March. They started on schedule & completed everything in 3 days. Both the roof & gutter crews were very good & answered any questions we had. The roof & gutters look great & the price was fair. I would recommend this company.

We took our time deciding on a contractor, and spoke with a number of them before hiring Three Tree Roofing. Our consistently positive interactions with them and all their good reviews made our choice clear. They explained the process well, answered all our questions, and installed a beautiful roof in just two days. The crew was on time, efficient, polite, and cleaned up everything as promised. Three Tree Roofing did a great job on our roof. I highly recommend their high quality work and ethical business practices. We knew that we needed to replace the sagging sheets of ply-board on our roof and we wanted the 50 year CertainTeed Presidential shingles. It was important to us to find a certified installer we could trust. After meeting with a lot of roofing companies, we chose Three Tree Roofing because they offered the most value with highest ratings for installation of the type of roofing materials we wanted. The crew was very professional and cleaned up everything before they left for the day. We purchased some plywood we were going to put in the attic for a floor later and I asked the crew if they could set the boards in our attic while they have the roof open. They were really nice and had no problem putting them in our attic before they closed the roof up again. The roof looks great! We have had the roof long enough to have a couple really good hard western Washington rains and there are no leaks. The ridge vent is working well and not a drop of rain is coming into the attic. We had our gutters replaced by Three Tree too. Our original gutters were larger than our new gutters. There were some areas that the water from the roof was not going directly into the gutters and Three Tree Roofing sent someone out to come and work on the minor tweaks needed to make it perfect. Because our original gutters were so large we never had fascia boards. Three Tree Roofing installed new fascia boards at no charge to help fix the concerns we had about the gutters. It was very important to them to make sure that we were completely happy. I really appreciate that they made sure that our roof and the work they did for us will last for 50 years.

Shopped around a lot, best deal I found and the service was excellent. Have not written one of these before but felt they deserved it. Thorough inspection, fair dealing, good crew with good equipment, nice job cleaning up. Roof looks really nice and they cleaned the gutters spotless!

I hired Three Tree to reroof the apartment building that I manage and ended up so happy that I went with them. The building, which is 111-years old, hadn't had the roof redone in at least 30 years (we estimate closer to 40) and was in dire need of repair, with constant leaks invading the tenants and causing lasting and expensive water damage within several top-floor units. The Three Tree team was professional and communicative, and did a phenomenal job, taking special care to work within the strict aesthetic requirements of updating a historic landmark building. I couldn't recommend them more, and am actually sad that the reroof is now over because that means I likely won't need to call them back again for a long while.
