Worst customer service in the history of business! Tim at the office and Paul who gave me an estimate are awful at their jobs! I am in the process of buying a new home and windows came up in the inspection. I called Sunrise to get an estimate. Paul only had negative remarks while doing the measuring and presented me with no information! No literature on Sunrise, no literature on the different brands of windows available, not even a business card. Then a couple hours later I get a call from Tim at the office who says they don't want my business because they think I am trying to leverage their quote in my offer for them home and that I wont be buying windows from them anyways. I told them I had a signed purchase and sale agreement and a closing date and that I was buying windows! What kind of business turns away a customer that is paying cash for windows? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUNRISE GLASS! Find a company that cares about their customers! Then I got a call back from the owner of the company, the OWNER OF THE COMPANY, Scott, he was just as bad. How is this company in business? Worst customer service ever! I urge anyone needing windows to look elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience with them. They have been very good, very timely and responsive.

It went fine. They were quick, pretty efficient, clean and so I would use them again.

They were prompt with the in-house bid. The estimate for delivery was spot on. They were right on time for installation. The door looks great and they cleaned everything up. Could not ask for anything more.

They have done a lot of work for us putting in new windows in an apartment building. They are good and work pretty reasonably. My manager worked with them.

I got the estimates from four other companies and all the people that came out for the estimate spoke negative about other companies. The guy that came out from Sunrise Glass Inc for the estimate was superb. He just spoke about what they do and how they do. They got the job done very quickly and did a phenomenal job. I took their pictures during the work around the house. Their estimate was right on time and right on the budget. I asked them to change the specifications before they started the work and they didn't have any problem with that. They were very detail oriented because the company had sent the wrong size French doors, the installers got back to me and informed me about that. They took it back, apologized, gave me a discount and sent the correct size door within five days. They cleaned up after themselves and there was no garbage lying around the house. They literally pulled down all the windows in less than two hours, installed half of them in some time and were done with the new windows in about four hours. They came back after five days and installed the French doors. I would highly recommend them. They are all very decent guys and their price was reasonable.

Very well. Estimate was 27% lower than competitor. Work performed professionally and promptly. Clean-up exceptional as skylight was above plantings in bathroom area.

Scott Lehman came out and gave us the original quote for the windows (8 in all). Factory orders take ten days, so they called when the order was placed and set the install date. A two man team (Rick and Justin) showed up at 8:30 on our install day, and had all of the windows in and cleaned up by 2:00 in the afternoon! Really fast, very careful around the home and clean up after themselves! We also had them install a trim around the windows, which all of the neighbors think is really beautiful! Rick and Justin are really hard workers and know their stuff. I recommend this company and their install teams highly!

SUNRISE GLASS WAS EASY TO ORDER FROM AND GET AN ESTIMATE. THE INSTALLERS WERE NOT AS PROFESSIONAL. CORRECTING ERRORS WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO DO. THIS WAS KIND OF DISCOURAGING, SO WE WOULD NOT HIRE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. CAME OUT AND GAVE US A FREE ESTIMATE ON REPLACING OUR WINDOWS, AND, ONCE WE CONTRACTED WITH THEM, THEY SCHEDULED OUR JOB IMMEDIATELY FOR US. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
