The store was unable to get any of the carpet I ordered before my move in date. They told me about the 1st order two days before I was expecting delivery. I learned of the second non-delivery a day after I was expecting it. I cancelled the Marmoleum, as I refused to do anymore business with this company. It appears that the salesperson, Dan, did not follow through on the orders. He worked under the assumption that no news was good news. This was horrible, as we were on a tight timeline.
Description of Work: I ordered carpet and linoleum for the whole house (2000 square feet). There were two carpet products and Marmoleum.

WE LOVE THE NEW KITCHEN FLOOR. BUT, THE PERSON THEY USED TO INSTALL THE FLOOR WHEN PULLING UP THE OLD FLOOR, I ASKED IF I NEEDED TO COVER EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE. HE SAID NO, THERE WOULD NOT BE A MESS. WHEN WE GOT BACK THE WHOLE HOUSE WAS COVERED WITH HEAVY DUST FROM THEM CUTTING UP THE OLD FLOOR, IT TOOK AT LEAST 2 DAYS TO CLEAN UP.
Description of Work: WE HAD OUR KITCHEN FLOOR PULLED UP, NEW UNDERLAYMENT PUT DOWN AND DURACERAMIC TILES PUT IN.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE CARPET AND THE PRICE. THERE WAS VERY LITTLE WASTE OF MATERIALS, THEIR SALESMAN, CLINT, DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF GETTING THE MOST OUT OF THE CUTS. INSTALL CREW DID A NICE JOB WITH SEAMS AND DIDNT LEAVE A MESS.
Description of Work: WE HAD GRIFFTH FLOOR COVERING INSTALL CARPET AND NEW PAD ON OUR PREVIOUS HOUSE.
