+ -1 moreKim Nutting was wonderful to work with. He provided a very thorough home inspection, then walked us through the details. His final report was easy to understand and broke everything down for us. We feel we have a good understanding of our new home now and know what issues need to be addressed right away and which things we need to keep an eye on. And Kim was so nice that he even pulled out his ladder and climbed up two stories to fix a stuck kitchen vent for us! I don't hesitate to recommend Reliable Home Inspections to anyone needing an inspection.

+ -1 moreWe're first-time mobile home buyers, looking for a pre-owned home in a mobile home park. Someone we talked with with who's in the industry recommended Kim Nutting as a home inspector who knows mobile homes. When we made an offer on a place, we hired Kim to inspect it. He has been great to work with. He was thorough, prompt, and professional. He took the time to answer our questions and explain everything in plain English. We've been going back and forth with the seller over repairs, and Kim has continued to give us good advice on which items should be priorities and on making sure the work gets done right. We recommend him highly!

Reliable Home Inspections Inc offers the following services: My objective: to provide my client with the most thorough home inspection possible following the Standards of Practice originally established by ASHI, as well as adopted (for the most part) by the state of Washington for licensed home inspectors. The end product is a comprehensive, yet easy to understand computer inspection report that includes digital photographs. A Summary Report & Full Report are emailed to our clients normally within 24 hours.
We are not involved in: Mold testing or species identification & abatement; radon testing; septic systems, swimming pools, or spa inspections. We don’t evaluate your home security system or perform indoor air quality samplings. We prefer to remain expert in the basics – doing your home inspection. We try to keep our clients from stepping into “something deep & gooey.” And we don't have "contractor buddies" we steer you to. Our ethics prohibit us from doing that.
