I have to say the experience was excellent. From the beginning when I called the young lady on the phone was eager to take the call, she was pleasant, seemed excited about her job, and wanted to ensure I was getting the work completed that I needed. She quickly confirmed the work and then provided a very accurate estimate for the work being completed. Then they provided constant updates at a reasonable interval to remind me they were coming on a certain day. The day of the work, they arrived on time, not one truck, but two. They brought sufficient personnel to ensure the job was completed as quickly as possible with little to no disruption of our lives. The work turned out great and they cleaned up after themselves and ensured all debris was removed. Thanks to everyone that worked with us, from the initial call to the final product. Great Job!!

Great! Excellent communication and professional service from first call-to-bid-to-scheduling-to onsite work and payment. I had other bids for the exact same work that were nearly double. I will call Rainier for all my roof and gutter maintenance from now on.

We use Rainier Window & Gutter Cleaning each year for gutter cleaning. They have always been on time, provided good service and charged a reasonable fee.

Rainier Window & Gutter Cleaning was fantastic and I highly recommend! They provided a reasonable quote, and was able to get us on their schedule by the following week. Removed the moss by brush & air, which is what I wanted. Then treated roof with chemical to keep the moss from returning so quickly with our NW weather. My house faces the north, so front of house was really bad. Cleaned up all debris and left my roof looking brand new! Dave was very professional & he explained all work to be perform to my husband, as I was at work. Danielle in the office is great too! Both are highly professional, friendly and super people to work with.

Roof was cleaned very nicely and gutters cleaned inside and out. They also cleaned up all the mess from the roof off of my deck, front lawn, sidewalk and cement in front of garage. Looks very nice. Only took them about about 3 1/2 hours.

Danielle and her team were amazing from day one. When we originally scheduled to have the windows cleaned it was when we put our house on the market. My husband ended up changing jobs and we had to put off the initial cleaning because we weren't sure if we were going to sell the house at that time. When we got it all figured out and put the house back on the market they were more than gracious and were able to come out that week. The windows looked amazing and they even cleaned a few screens as a courteousy. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

I originally called to inquire about just a gutter cleaning, but found out if I purchase a roof cleaning (at a very fair price, mind you) then a full gutter cleaning is included. Sold. Brendan performed the service, spent a very long time doing a wonderfully detailed job. Moss is gone, Roof is beautiful again, gutters are free & clear, yard shows no sign of gunk. Was so impressed from beginning phone call to cleanup at finish, signed up for a yearly, non-binding service. 10/10 would recommend this fabulous, local company.

My roof looks almost brand new! Brendan came out was very polite and professional. He did a fantastic job with my roof and gutters. My roof looks wonderful and my gutters finally flow to the downspouts instead of all over my siding! Once the roof was done, he climbed down and cleaned out my yard and garden perfectly. Almost like he was never even here! Services look wonderful and I'll definitely be calling Rainier back next year.

Excellent. The appointment call from Rainier Window and Gutter Cleaning was professional and friendly listening to my needs with no overselling of unneeded services. The two service people, Dave and Brendan, arrived right on time, with all necessary equipment and supplies, told me exactly how they were going to perform the service and completed the task with no mess left behind. They told me exactly what was going to happen to the moss and what to look for. The moss killer was applied with no streaks on the roof shingles. Today, a month later, the roof looks terrific. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a professional, qualified roof and/or gutter cleaning or moss control contractor. I would add a picture, but the home is a tall two story with a small lot and I need to stand on the next street over and would only get a partial view.

Everything went great! They came ahead of schedule after asking if it was okay. The roof was cleaned everything was blown off the roof and gutters cleaned. Dave even took pictures of damage we didn't know existed. We can now get it repaired before further damage is done. All debris from the roof was cleaned up and hauled away. I am setting up for a recurring clean every year. Great work guys! Oh and my neighbor was so impressed he got the business card.

It really could not have gone better. Not only were they communicative and on schedule, but their quality of work and attention to detail was impeccable. I'm very impressed and more than satisfied, they are true professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Brandon showed up about 20 min early and got right to work. He did an amazing job, roof looks great and he took the time to clean around the house before he left, leaving the whole area looking better than when he showed up! Will definitely use this company again in the future!

I called Rainier Window and Gutter Cleaning to get an estimate on roof cleaning. I accurately described the roofing material and square footage. When asked if the moss was light, moderate or heavy. MY estimate of the moss coverage was moderate. I expected somebody to stop by and look at the roof prior to an estimate due to it being a large tile roof but I was immediately given an estimate of $600.00 over the phone. I figured that was slightly expensive but acceptable and scheduled the cleaning. On the scheduled morning, the technician stopped by, looked at the roof and left. I received a call saying that the moss coverage was extremely heavy, the price would be $800 and the work could begin about a week later. I was not overly happy but quite busy and rescheduled. A week or so later two technicians stopped by, cleaned the roof in less than four hours…. I received a call stating the new price was now $850…. I sternly reminded them of the $800 bid and reluctantly paid their invoice. The attached photos were taken by and supplied to me by Rainier Window and Gutter…… You be the judge if the moss coverage was “moderate” or “heavy”….. The moss is gone, but I thought the roof looked quite blotchy. Maybe that is as good as it gets….. If you look at the gutters in the photos, they were not cleaned. Although I did not discuss gutter cleaning, I “assumed” they would clean the gutters after they were done…. And we all know what happens when we “assume”.

Rainier Window & Gutter Cleaning provided exceptional service and did an outstanding job cleaning our gutters. The gutters and the house now look sparkling clean. A small misunderstanding about the scope of work was immediately resolved by Dave. We could not have been happier with how he and his wife are doing business. They kept us informed by e-mail several times. Even the invoicing and payment were made very easy. We recommend them without hesitation.
