Pugerudes

What a joy! Met Dave in their Kent showroom and he was very helpful getting me pointed towards the right product for my wants and needs and a basic idea of the overall cost of the project. After scheduling an appointment with Jill, an interior designer and his wife, she showed up on time and with a carload of additional samples and tons of enthusiasm. She definitely and clearly helped me pick out the right style and color of sunscreen for our mid-century modern home and provided a special order cost for the project including motorized sunscreens, removal of existing window coverings and installation of new Hunter Douglas motorized sunscreens. Once the blinds arrived at their showroom they called me with a very timely installation date. Jeff, who has installed for Pugerudes for 17 years, arrived on time and was outgoing and clearly excited about the new motorized designer sunscreens with remote and/or the new PowerView Hub interface with the PowerView App to allow control of Hunter Douglas motorized window coverings from a mobile device. He wasn't shy about making sure that I was perfectly happy with each shade and that I clearly understood how the remote and shades function together. You should have seen how excited he was after we got the router, hub, and the App installed on my mobile device and finished the setup through the App. We both screamed AWESOME at the same moment as a 40 foot wall of shades moved in perfect unity with the new App. I think this was his very first time with the BRAND NEW PowerView Hub and it went down perfectly! Just perfect!!!

This is the third time I will be using them, because I had window blinds done earlier too throughout the house. I would recommend them for flexibility. I called them because I wanted a decorator to help me figure out the colors in the living room, and Joe, who is the 3rd generation owner of the company, came to my house promptly, and they made some suggestions about painting, and then we ordered the blinds. Promptness, responsiveness, and working towards what I needed is what I appreciated. They would go and do some more research to find the fabric that I had in mind. The price on some things were a little bit more than expected.

They're a good company. I've used them two or three times already. They were great. They were professional and prompt and communicated good. They're a family-owned and operated business, which I liked. They've been in business for a lot of years, like 30 or 40 years.

They did a beautiful job and I would go for another chair. They're a little bit expensive and it took them a while.

They did an excellent job with the reupholstering. Because these were my primary chairs, they did them three at a time for me. The chair seats pop out, so I didn't bring them the entire chair, except initially when I brought the first one for them to see how the seat fit into the chair frame. When I got the first set of three home, one seat wouldn't fit back into its spot because there was a little too much fabric. They gladly redid the seat and when I put it in, it worked beautifully. I am very pleased with the look and the job done by Pugerude's.

I had already bought fabric with the thought that I might attempt this job myself. After storing the fabric for a couple of years, I decided this couch was worth paying a professional to reupholster. I was also moving within the area. They picked the couch up at my old house, reupholstered it, and delivered it to my new house.

The service was okay. I was disappointed as they hired another company to do the installation. The blinds are of good quality and the designer was good with colors.

They were terrific. They were receptive and they called with questions to give us options. They were responsive and the cost came out right at what they estimated.

Everything was fine. He did say he was going to come back to fix one part that broke and they have not came to fix that work. They were really nice people to work with. Everything they did for us was really good.

Everything turned out fine. They put a very nice cover on it and the couch was much harder than it was before but they could not have done much about that. The cover really looks nice and they really took time to help me pick out the material. They were on time and the price was fair. They were very professional and I have no complaints. They helped to steer me away from an initial material that I was interested in.

There was a scratch on one of the shutters and it was replaced with a smile...no hassle. I have recommended Pugerudes to several friends and a realtor who showed my house

The service was fine. Everything was as expected. The gal that owns the company helped me in the shop. Her husband came to pick the chair up and the service was great. I would hire them again. The price was a little expensive but that could have been because of the product that I chose. I would recommend them.

The ordering process was very easy and they were here for a very short time to measure and help me choose a color.

The delivery and the installation were great. Everything turned out wonderful. They provided very good service and I plan on using them again. My house had 1 inch blinds that were damaged when I bought the house and Jill mentioned the two inch blinds would let more light in. I would have never known this and it was just a great experience working with her. My mother has had blinds made by Pugerudes in the past and she was very pleased as well.

This company has earned it's Angie's List A rating for me! I worked with Jill from Pugerudes through e mail and phone conversations from out of state. I knew she was the correct person and company for the project as she responded to my e mail within one hour, she was up for the project even though I was not able to visit her showroom. Jill was able to come to my new home in Seattle and take "accurate" measurements within one week, she advised me on the correct choices for each room, some parts of the home had the automatic Powerrise with LCD timers, wile other rooms had the manual Literise system to keep the overall cost down, she even custom made shears for the front entrance. I was working with Pugerudes from out of state so Jill was responsible for making the correct choice of colors on her own, she even chose a different style of Hunter Douglas shade for in front of the kitchen sink for easy cleaning, she mixed and matched the window coverings perfectly! After the detailed design stage that proved to be well worth the time spent, the blinds were installed in just a little over three weeks. Scott and Trevor were the installers, they worked together very well, they were prompt, friendly and Scott is a master accredited Hunter Douglas installer. The total number of window coverings ordered and installed was twenty five. Scott and Trevor had the entire project completed in four hours, I was amazed at how each shade fit and worked perfectly the first time without any mistakes what so ever, WOW! The window coverings we selected were mostly a high end Hunter Douglas product called Nantucket. This Angie's list company lives up to there A rating and is well worth the time money.

I found the owner of the company very professional and knowledgeable. She was very easy to work with and spent time customizing my drapes for my home. Turnaround time was 3 weeks, and my drapes were installed. Their installers were fast and respectful of our home. I would recommend this company for any custom window treatment needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Pugerudes. We had window treatments done and a couch and chairs reupholstered. The experience was very pleasant and the workmanship outstanding. We were in a time crunch and the staff worked very hard to get everything done by the time we requested. We are very happy with the results. Thanks to all the staff of Pugerudes!

Jill and Dave did a spLendid job from start to finish. Jill kept me informed during the whole process (about 8 weeks total). If there were any problems I didn't know about it. Dave came up with some challenges while installing the big drapes, but figured out solutions quickly. We will have them do our other windows and some of the furniture (they also recover furniture).
