After trying to get a hold of for about 10 day, it went very well. He checked out AC, did some extra work and said he will honor Angie's price in the spring to check it then.

Purchased two $89 coupons, one for a 18-Point Furnace Inspection and Maintenance and one for a 20-point Air Conditioning Tune-Up. Pleasant and professional on the phone. Pleasant and professional in person. Showed up very punctually and performed all the work well and quickly. Would gladly use their services any time.

The crew showed up on time, called before they showed up, and performed the work as necessary. They were very friendly, professional, and were done within an hour.

Bruce was polite, punctual, professional and kind to my dogs! He took the time to teach me how I could address the problem myself in the future and left me with his contact information so I know how to reach him for my annual furnace service calls. I had called the outfit that installed my furnace just two years ago and they quoted me $350 - $500 to come out and help. I sure am glad I didn't go that route and won't be giving any return business to that outfit. I'll stick with Bruce and Precision Air Services.

It was fine. It wasn't exceptional but not the same way as it worked before. They were quick and efficient.

This past Feb in western WA we had very low temps, down to 17 at night. Our furnace died and we needed service, repair, or replacement. My wife called on 2/4 for info about our not working furnace. We got a call back and I walked them through what was happening/not happening with the furnace. I gave them the age and he wasn't confident with being able to repair or find replacement parts. After a day without heat I called and got voice mail. My wife then tried calling again a few hours later and got someone that said they'd need to check on replacement parts and that they would get back with us. That never happened. The following morning (now two days without heat) my wife tried calling again and got vmail. After waiting several hours we found another place with great reviews online (not on Angie's List) and they had someone out the following day (Friday) and when we were happy with the quote and person and professionalism we were able to schedule a new one for installation on Monday - and it was installed. New furnace installed and 20+ old furnace removed when scheduled and promised. Precision Air Service was anything but precise. Never returned phone calls when promised and never even followed up after we found someone better.

The reason I was told I needed to replace it was a gas leak. Bruce spent time doing his own careful diagnosis, found a problem that could be the reason for what seemed to be a gas leak. He fixed it, tested it multiple times and saw no gas leak. He did not want to charge anything because he was in for an estimate but I insisted and paid for what an inspection would be ($85).

I called to have a repairman come fix the furnace which wasn't working at all. Bruce had me describe the thermostat and furnace. He determined the switches on the furnace needed to be toggled differently and.....voila! The furnace is working! He was very patient and took ten minutes to get my furnace working with no service call and NO CHARGE. I definitely recommend Precision Air Services.

Furnace became inoperable on a Sunday evening. Initial troubleshooting procedures followed, per directions on furnace, but these didn't bring it back into service. A review of Angie's List for HVAC professionals on Monday morning led me to contact Precision Air Services. They had a good rating and was close to us. Bruce took my call and I explained that I was at work and our furnace was not working and my wife needed heat as she is recovering from brain surgery. He fit us into his busy schedule right away. He was at our house and had the furnace running before noon. I met Bruce after work to go over our options. He explained what had caused the failure and what our options were. I decided to replace the furnace as it was ~20 yrs old. We opted for a Lennox unit with more BTU's than the one being replaced. We scheduled the install for the following Friday. I was at work during the install but when I got home the new furnace was quietly running and the area was very clean. Bruce stopped by on Sunday to see how the system was running and pick up the signed documentation. Having a furnace go out while outside temperatures are still on the cool side is not a pleasant experience but dealing with Bruce was. He made the entire process very simple. The sense of urgency in which he responded given my wife's health situation is the best advertisement a business can achieve. I will refer Bruce to anyone in need of HVAC services.

My old furnace failed in the middle of the night, so I called Precision Air Services around 2:30 PM and Bruce came out that night around 4:30 PM to take a look at what was going on. At the time he arrives he inspected my heat exchanger first and noticed a crack. He did a few more tests to see what the immediate problem was and found that the gas valve had failed. He said that he could repair the furnace but advised that I replace it, since it was 20 years old. In the meantime, he installed a temporary gas valve so we would have heat for the evening. After I explored my options, I agreed to replace my furnace and Bruce was able to install the new one first thing the morning. He added new ducting and re-arranged the A/C unit so when it fails in the future it can be easily removed without touching the furnace, at no additional cost. I highly recommend Bruce, he is extremely knowledgeable in this industry and very trustworthy, rare in any aspect of today's business. Bruce explains in detail what the problem is and provides options to help with your problem, he won't try to upsell you on anything you don't need.

I purchased a Livingsocial deal for a furnace tune up. I had to email Livingsocial to confirm contact information, as I wasn't sure I had the right phone number given my unreturned calls. Once I got a hold of them, they were very helpful. They found an issue that could have started a fire and replaced the issue at no additional charge.

I called Bruce in the morning, and though he was working on another job, he attempted to help me get my furnace fired up without so much as a service visit! He was patient with me when I called back to tell him I had not succeeded and added a few more suggestions. When I finally gave up, he told me he'd call in a few hours, when he was done his job. He called back in the afternoon, came out and fixed my furnace within the hour. He also offered his honest opinion of the beast and alternatives for the future. I will keep his contact info handy for my future furnace needs. Thank you Bruce!

Bruce diagnosed the issue and let us know what we might be able to do if it happens again. Before Bruce we had another issue that a different company helped us workout, but they were always booked up and our furnace seems to go out when it is the coldest. Bruce is close and easy to talk to and has been a great comfort to call when there is an issue. Thanks!!!

I live in another state and have a rental in WA. I used Angie's List to find a repairman when my renter called to tell me that the pilot light would not stay lit. I called Precision Air, based on location and reviews. I gave them my renter's phone number and they called and made an appointment within the next few days. They looked over my system and diagnosed the problem as the thermocouple. They replaced it and it is now working! Once they were finished, they called me to tell me what they did and the price. They also told me the age of my water heater, which I didn't know. While they were there, they also checked out my furnace. It is old. I asked for approximate prices in replacing the furnace and water heater and was pleased with their response. They were willing to talk with me later in more detail and give me a purchase plan, if needed. I can rest at ease now, knowing I have someone to call for my rental!

This is my new A/C and Heating company without a doubt. I will always call them first.

Last year my parents had MJA Mechanical install a furnance - he was cited by Labor & Industries - I contacted Bruce at Precision Air to assist my parents when their newly installed furnace would not work and the contractor who installed it would not come to fix it. Bruce quickly located all the mistakes made by the contractor and fixed them - 4 TIMES! The most recent was today (7-9-10) when my parents needed air conditioning on a hot day and SURPRISE it did not work! Bruce stopped by on his way home and quickly discovered ANOTHER error by MJA Mechanical and fixed it - WITHOUT CHARGE! Bruce is honest, has EXCELLENT customer service, is quick to respond and has been a blessing to us! My parents furnance and air conditioning works like a champ NOW! I would highly recommend Precision Air to EVERYONE!!!!

Our heater went out in the summer. Someone had told me I had to replace my furnace. Precision found the air filters had gotten into the motor and wrapped around like long hair in a brush. He cleaned it out and that is what was throwing our furnace off. It has been working perfectly since then and we did not have to spend thousands of dollars. He was prompt, courteous and the office was great. The called right back and got someone out here. They did not take advantage of me.
