Description of Work: His work was good but his Punctuality needs improvement. I set up the appointment 3 days in Advance as we were out of town and He forgot about appointment and we had No Heat. I had to Call him to remind him of our appointment or He would not have come at all and he couldn't come until much later the day of our pre-scheduled appt.

Description of Work: Scott came out to confirm a cracked heat exchanger diagnosis by a competitor. Scott took twice the time, took apart the unit to visually inspect the heat exchanger, and advised there was no crack. And he didn't charge me for his time when I told him his competitor had. A class act. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Bruce was fantastic. Met me in the evening at my house to figure out why we had only cold air coming thru the vents in my daughter's room. He went into the crawl space and found that a duct had come loose from close to the furnace he re-attached and secured. Now my daughter's room gets nice and toasty! He was professional and pleasant to work with. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Have a forced air heater that progressed from intermittent to cronic in responding to the thermostat on signal. Repairman showed up on time and diagnosed the problem as a warn out relay in the system.. The repairman thoroughly cleaned the unit, replaced the relay and showed us how to use the thermostat more effectively. Their representative was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient.
