I should have gone with Bruce and his team from the start. Instead, I chose another company thats heavily advertised on the radio. But, for several reasons I cancelled that job weeks before the start date. Not long after, I found Precision Air Services. Within a week, (in the middle of the busy hot summer season), Bruce had come out, provide a very affordable quote and then had the unit installed. Coincidentally, another of our older units went on the brink just after the first one. Again, Bruce came out, (on a Saturday), assessed the situation, gave another great quote and had that new unit installed in 2 days. The crazy thing is, we were able to get 2 new units installed from Precision Air for less than what the heavily advertised company quoted for one unit.

The technician provided very courteous and professional service and got our Central Air and thermostat to communicate correctly by replacing a bad fuse and a couple of other adjustments and ta-da the AC fired up and blew cold air.

I can’t say enough good things about Bruce and precision air. They answered calls right away, returned calls when they said they would,and did an outstanding job trouble shooting a rare issue with my gas furnace. Price wise he was very generous. Could have certainly charged double or triple like other guys. I wouldn’t hesitate in hiring them again.

Called me back near immediately, Sunday night. Took little time to arrange an equitable time for the service. Showed up on time; laid down drop cloths; kept the place clean; left the place clean. Best of all allowed me to observe. Only think keeping it from being 5.0 is they didn't bring coffee! Even did an upgrade to the wiring to ensure the system was properly grounded. Definitely a solid recommendation; and the price was very reasonable.

Bruce provided top-notch service in a friendly manner. He explained the issue and resolution and made sure I understood the steps needed to fix my heat pump.

Where do I begin to express my gratitude to Bruce, Bud and Chris. They were above and beyond my expectations. During the heavy snow first part of Feb my furnace went out and I had no heat for nearly 5 days. Im a senior citizen and I thought I could find resources for any company that could help. I was quoted beyond my range of my fix income. I have to be in the category of either being destitute or do not qualify for assistance. I acquired a nearly new furnace donated to me. And found out no one can install the furnace, I had to buy their product which to me is hard sell tactics. I was desperate to heat my home and found Precision Air was the only company that would allow themselves to help a senior citizen, a widow of six months and felt the need of compassion to help me. Bruce came to my home and looked at the furnace and evaluate what has to be done. I was shock to have a company show up and started working on my furnace, the same day they called after I posted it home advisor. Bud and Chris were assigned to work and made room to schedule me in with their busy work orders, just so I can have atleast temporary heat to have furnace working. And continued to work to complete the job within a few days span. Finding a business that delivers what it promises and compassion for people is a rarity these days. Precision Air handled it efficiently. Im greatful its done. Thank you, Bruce, Bud and Chris.

Bruce and his crew were kind, honest, and professional. They were very informative about furnaces, what was available, and what would best suit our home, lifestyle, and budget. We would definitely hire them again and tell family and friends about using this company for any heating/furnace needs!

They are very courtesy and honest. They install best product. My father In law use to work as electrician and a/c and heat installer and after the work been done . My father said , give them a 5 stars, they done a really good job and I am going to definitely recommend them to all My friends.

“Bruce's Precision Air is an amazing company. I was in construction and home services for over a decade as was my father before me. In all of my years I have never had the opportunity to work with a company of this caliber. From the equipment used to the people providing the service, everything is top notch. Believe me when I tell you that you do not need to look around for competitive bids, they are the real deal. Two things really stood out in my mind: 1) Attention to detail. They do not come in and try to get the job done as fast as possible to make a quick buck. They work with you to fully understand what is needed and do not say the job is done until it has exceeded your expectations and is done to the best of their abilities. 1. Tried drilling a hole through the outer wall for the line through a stud nicking an electrical wire causing a short and doing nothing about the nicked wire, damaged stud or the in hole that was started in the wall.. 2.This left me wondering if any other studs were damaged/cut through while drilling other holes in the outer wall. 3. Took longer than expected and had to call them back when they didn't show on the day they scheduled to finish the work.

Was able to schedule me relatively early, during a hot streak in summer. Pricing was on the lower end of the quotes I received. Owner/operator is friendly. Only downside I can think of relate to customer service. There were a few times when I had to prompt to see when I was scheduled, and once when I waited on him to collect money and he was a no show. I think both of these were due to it being a really busy time for his company and him being an independent operator (not like he has a customer service department scheduling and following up with customers).

He was very thorough. He did calculation for the sizing correctly. Great expertise.

Very friendly and efficient! Responded on a weekend and was able to diagnose the issue immediately. Our landlord decided to hire someone else for the repair, but Bruce serviced our system to keep us cool over the next few days while we wait for the person our landlord hired.

First off, Bruce sold a Furnace applicable to our living space. Bruce explained things and was in and out in under 4 hours. Not bad...we Like our Furnace.

Great service. He arrived when he said he would and the job was finished in the time frame he gave. Cleaned everything up after. I would definetly use him again. It was really nice to have the person that gave you the quote be the same person that did the installation.

We hired precision air for the purchase and installation of a new high efficient natural gas furnace and heat pump system. Bruce was very cordial and approachable and directed us to the best equipment for our budget. The installation was done very well with a great deal of attention to detail. He took the time to make sure we completely understood how to operate the new programmable thermostat. When the inspector came to sighn off , everything passed with flying colors. I would gladly hire Bruce again for any of my heating and air conditioning needs. Our new heat pump and furnace work great!

Would highly recommend his service.

He promised to help with filling out the permit, but fail to deliver. Called twice, but didn't return my call. I would like him to call me back to help me with the permit.
