Pete did a great job! He was personable, thorough, taught me a bit about cleaning carpets spots. We will definitely have him again.

Pete was punctual and efficient. Attentive to details and strived for perfection (he had us move additional furniture so he could get to all the corners -bravo!). Very thorough cleaning and did not leave excess moisture in the carpet, which means it dried very quickly. I was very impressed and will use his carpet cleaning service from now on.

My white carpets looked better after Pete's job than they have after other companies have cleaned. He was professional yet friendly.

He spot cleaned problem areas, recommended a spot cleaner that he sells and not to ever use over the counter products that you find in your grocery/hardware store. Very knowledgeable and he left the carpets looking very clean and smelling nice. No chemically smell at all. Doesn't try and sell you other stuff and he was very nice and reasonably priced.

Very good job. Had not cleaned carpet for six years and they were quite dirty. Pete is very careful about working around furniture and putting foil under metal feet to prevent any rust spots from the moister that is left. The carpets were completely dry in six hours telling me that most of the water was removed during cleaning.

Pete was on-time, fast and did an excellent job. He started by looking at the space we needed cleaned, measured the larger rooms and gave me a quote. He then moved all of the furniture (except for small tabletop items) and started to work from top to bottom. Pete uses"green" cleaning products that do not leave a chemical smell behind. The carpet looks great!

Pete is very courteous and accommodating. He returns phone calls promptly and both times I have dealt with him, has been on time for the appointment. Carpets looked wonderful after the cleaning and the house smelled nice and fresh. I will be calling him soon to have upholstery cleaned and duct cleaning. He does not try to sell you things that you don't need.

They made sure they showed up to my home very promptly and on time. The price that I paid was reasonably priced and everyone was very courteous and pleasant to work with.

I am stunned how much better a job Pete did compared to the last several cleanings I had using Chem Dry. As I related to Pete, I didn't even realize how bad a job was done in the past until he came in my home. I will definitely only use Pete from this time on.

WE'VE USED PETE'S SERVICE THREE TIMES BEFORE FOR OUR TOWN HOME AND WERE VERY IMPRESSED BY THE QUALITY AND LEVEL OF HIS SERVICE. WE ASKED HIM TO CLEAN THE CARPETS OF OUR NEW HOUSE PRIOR TO MOVING IN, AND HE WAS AS THOROUGH AND CONSCIENTIOUS AS BEFORE. HE USES ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY, SOAP FREE PRODUCT TO DO HIS JOB. THIS TIME, HE EVEN CAME TWICE TO OUR NEW HOUSE BECAUSE HE FELT HE CAN'T DO GOOD ENOUGH JOB THE FIRST TIME WHEN OUR CONTRACTOR WAS STILL WORKING ON THE PROPERTY. IT'S OBVIOUS PETE TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK AND IT SHOWS!

EXCELLENT. EVERYTHING ABOUT PETE WAS AMAZING. HE EXPLAINED THE REASON FOR SPOTS, PROVIDED US WITH A BOTTLE OF CLEANER AND SHOWED US THE BEST WAY TO USE IT. HAD MY KIDS CLEANING THE CARPET WITH THE SPOT REMOVER. EXPLAINED THINGS SO WELL. HE CAME AS A RECOMMENDATION FROM OUR NEIGHBOR, AND HE'S ONE OF THE BEST SERVICE PEOPLE WE'VE EVER HAD OUT TO OUR HOME. I RAN OUT OF THE CLEANER YESTERDAY, SO I CALLED HIM. ON HIS WAY HOME YESTERDAY-6 PM, HE CAME OVER AND PROVIDED ME WITH A NEW ONE! WOW-TALK ABOUT SERVICE! WE'RE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS MAN AND HIS COMPANY.
