PETE'S STEAM CLEANING AND HOME SERVICES

We've used Pete for years now and are always happy with his service. He is friendly, professional, on time, and does a great job. Consistently high quality at a reasonable price.

As promised, Pete called on his way to my condo on April 19. He arrived, cheerful, eager to get to work. We took a tour of my condo as Pete described what he would do (e.g., move certain furniture for me), and I had a chance to ask questions. I then left for a meeting. During my meeting, I received a text from Pete to let me know he had finished. Did I want to call him back to ask questions? I texted back to let him know I could not talk until later. ~ After my meeting I found an extended voice message on my phone. Pete described the work he did, and how he had left my condo with upstairs windows open and fans turned on. Over the years, I have used at least a half-dozen different carpet-cleaning services. Pete's Steam Cleaning is by far the best. My carpets are fresh, like new. Pete even managed to get rid of some ground-in dirt along the edges of downstairs carpet (I had replaced upstairs carpets - downstairs carpeting was left by previous owner). Area rugs had been cleaned and draped over railings on my balcony to retain their shape. All in all, I couldn't be more satisfied.

Pete did a terrific job. He was late, but had phoned to explain why (a previous job was taking longer than planned), he gave me a new arrival time (which worked for me) and showed up at that time. He was very good at explaining the process he uses, it's environmentally safe and non-toxic. On the upholstery he first spot cleaned then steam cleaned the whole sofa, same with the loveseat; they came out looking great. He spot cleaned the wall-to-wall carpeting and then steam cleaned it all; it also came out great (this is old carpet, but it now looks really good). He also cleaned a couple of throw rugs I had and they also look very good. He did a tremendous amount of work and was professional and cheerful throughout the job, despite having had a long day. I would definitely recommend Pete to anyone who needs carpet or upholstery cleaned and will use his services again.

Pete did an excellent job! He was responsive from the first phone call and was able to give me an approximate estimate and schedule a date quickly. I was particularly impressed with his knowledge of chemicals and the ability to explain what products he used and why they were safe, green and odor-free. We have two kids and a dog, so we wanted to be sure our indoor air quality wasn't affected by toxic chemicals. When Pete arrived, that's exactly what we got! There was no odor, and the air smelled fresh and clean when he was finished! Our carpets were extremely dirty, with stains from our dog, smoothies, juice, dirt, even some black marks that I was sure would not come out. Pete took everything out with ease! Our carpets look brand new! I can't say enough good things about Pete and his service! He was professional, enthusiastic about his job, not overpriced, and left our house feeling brand new! I have already recommended him to family and friends!

Fantastic service and job. He needed to be late due to a family issue, but called ahead of time and was very apologetic. Excellent work.

I've known Pete for approx fifteen years. He does an outstanding job. Very careful with your property and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I have a 2200 sq ft home and he finishes in a couple of hours. The equipment and chemicals leaves the house smelling fresh and dries in just a few hours. If you need a carpet cleaner with very reasonable rates and quality work, Pete is your man.

Pete did a great job. Pete was about 30 minutes late for the appointment but he called to let me know and the reason. Once he arrived he walked the house to get the cost and discount. He setup and started to work. He is very professional. I would use him again.

Pete arrived on time and gave me an honest evaluation of our sofa and possible outcome. It's a light fabric, with quite a few stains that have been there for some time. He spent nearly 2 hours very thoroughly cleaning the sofa and area rug, with a green cleaner which had no odor. I knew it was a gamble on getting all the stains out on our light colored sofa, but it looks about 80-90% better, and my husband and I are really pleased. The area rug turned out great too. I'm so happy with Pete's service I'm going to have him back to do our off white burber carpet throughout our upstairs. I was going to replace it before we move (never go with light colored carpet with kids!) but now I think Pete may be able to clean it well enough that we may not have to, which would be a huge savings. Seeing Pete's work on our sofa, it is worth a shot, considering the quality of his work and reasonable pricing.

Pete was very thorough in explaining what he was about to do. I went shopping to get the best pricing for this job and Pete's was the most reasonable one and gave me another 10% discount for being an Angielist member. VERY Happy with the result of his work! I WILL DEFINETLY will use his company in the near future. Thank you.

Our "white" carpets had not been cleaned since we installed them. When Pete saw them, he was honest about the possible outcome. He went to work and then was surprised himself about how good they turned out. We won't wait this long again and we will call Pete back. Pete was thorough, honest, professional and fair.

Pete arrived on time and went right to work. My 11 year old carpets had never been cleaned. When Pete finished I was just amazed, the carpet looked almost as good as new. He warned me in advance that some spots might remain and the parts covered by area rugs might not blend with the uncovered sections. You don't even notice the difference now. Pete uses an essentially odor free cleaner and for someone with mild chemical sensitivities that was important. In addition to his excellent work Pete explains what to expect from his efforts. If there is an area that might not clean as well as what the customer might expect, he makes sure they understand in advance. The quality of his work and his customer service skills make Pete my carpet cleaner of choice. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Pete responded to me right away and was able to help me on short notice. He arrived on time and listened to all my concerns. He explained how cleaning stains with just soap will make more dirt show up in the area and had a wonderful product to use instead of soap. He left my home spotless. Pete called to tell me he was on his way. When he arrived he surveyed the job, and gave me the estimate. He then brought in his hoses and proceeded. He was quick and efficient and did several small area rugs for free. I am selling the house so will bring him back after it sells and we do an estate sale so he can do a final cleaning.

Was able to work me into his schedule for a time that was convenient for me. Pre-treated particularly dirty areas. Encouraged me to get more carpeted areas done at no extra cost, as his base fee covered more. Carpet looked great, and there wasn't any odor - VERY important to me!!!

He was great. He returned my call promptly. He arrived when he said he was going to arrive. He did what he said he was going to do. He charged what he said he was going to charge. It was a standard price and it was kind of average and what one would expect.

Pete showed up on time with a great attitude. He did a fantastic job on my carpeting which is 12 years old and made it look as new as possible. He took the time to personally show me how to spot clean my problem areas in the future and took extra time to clean my area rugs (one of which was my dog's favorite) at no extra charge. It was so nice to see such a great job done because the last few cleanings I had done by different companies did not do a very good job. I would highly recommend this company.

Pete responded the same day to my call and we scheduled an appt for the following week. He gave me a two hour window and called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. His professionalism is exceptional. Will never use anyone else. His price was very fair.

Pete was completely professional and friendly. He was prompt and got right to work. He has good tips for getting stains out of carpets and I've since used his service for carpet cleaning as well. I'm very happy with the results!
