They were out standing. They were on time. The service was great. They removed their shoes and put on booty's. They aimed to please the customer. The technician was outstanding. He explained what as going on and he was just a great guy. They said if the problem would arise again they would come back no charge.

He sprayed and got rid of the ants. He came out as many times as it took. They collected my debit card number to hold. They were supposed to cash my check and not use my card. They processed both even though she promised not to do it. I had a bounce situation after that. They refunded the extra charge but not the NSF fees; there was a lot of billing confusion. The service was very effective and bottom line, got rid of the ants.

I had a maintenance thing with them. They were very prompt. If they said they were going to be here at such and such a time, they were always right on time. I never got a call that they were going to be late. I was pleased with their services. My circumstances changed financially so I had to drop them for a while. I do need them to come back and start doing it again. The gentleman that came out was very pleasant and very informative. I wrote his name down and put it in my strong box so that when I am able to resume, I am going to request the same gentleman to come out. He was very professional. He seemed very trustworthy. I'm by myself so I am very careful who I let come back because I am a ways off the road. Their price was pretty well the same as everybody else. The quality was excellent.

They took care of our issue. We had mice. The mice were crawling into the pipes under our house. He capped the pipes with mess. He was very flexible. He was very easy to work with. He was trustworthy. I never had any issues with him.
