It worked out excellent. They did a thorough job and they made sure that all of the carpet stains were dealt with. I will highly recommend them.

It was great. I don't know about punctuality and professionalism because I wasn't home at the time of service. I will possibly be less likely to use them in the future, the carpets didn't get as clean as I was hoping. I don't know how many people came to complete the service. They left the area clean. They were great about scheduling and I think the price was a good value. They could maybe do a little more spot cleaning.

This was a $406 big deal purchase. It was fine, good. They came out about a week after I bought the deal. They did good work and everything was perfect. It was fine. The workers I came in contact with were very good.

On the phone he said don't worry we will clean those spots no charge. So he was very gracious. So he was very nice, and our carpet looked brand new. So I am really really happy.

Because I did not clearly express the size of the job or the condition of the carpet, it ended up being more time consuming than NW Spotless Cleaning had anticipated. Nevertheless, the technician was gracious & professional, the work was accomplished swiftly & thoroughly, and the final result was excellent.

There was a glitch in the day the work was to be done. That aside, the work was done completely to my satisfaction. It was thorough and took less time than I anticipated. One week later, it still looks newly done.

Vendor arrived on time and using truck mounted steam cleaner with pre-spray, visibly cleaned / whitened the white carpet. It had been cleaned the previous week by Chem-Dry and in the most heavily soiled area, Rug Doctored by myself a couple of days later, but still showed grey areas. Very pleased with the service and the newly brightened carpet. Heavily soiled condition required full price, but worth it.

The service window was from 12-2 and it was after 7 that someone showed up.

Jay did a great job. He got out stains I didn't think would be possible. On time, very professional and everything looks great. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend!

It was nice to get a phone call with the status of when he was close to our house. J arrived on time and ready to work. It took a little less than 3 hours to get my three rooms, living room and staircase cleaned. My carpets look amazing! We have 3 dogs and a 7yr old that track a lot of dirt inside the house. We had deep spots in the living room and on the stairs that we thought would never come out and all of them did! This was our 4th time using NW Spotless cleaning and as always we were extremely impressed. The whole thing was about $240 and it was well worth it! J was really professional and I would definitely call NW Spotless Cleaning again!

Excellent job. They moved furniture, got all pet stains out & used a fan to dry the carpets. When they finished they applied a Scotchguard carpet protector for Free!
