Igor was upfront with all costs, he worked very hard to secure all materials needed for the job. Nick is a master carpenter. The quality of his work is exceptional. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

I highly recommend NAI Construction. They replaced our 2 story deck and added a roof extension to provide protection from the rain. The work is of the highest quality. We could not be happier with the way it came out. Igor was great at communicating and working with us to make sure the end product was 100% what we wanted. He was also able to provide the names of other people he worked with for other projects we were working on which was really helpful. We plan to use NAI Construction in the future any time we need work done.

NIA did a great job replacing my worn wood deck with a new Azek and aluminum rail deck. It looks great! NIA always replied promptly to my questions and after materials and price finalized the deck was done in less than two days. Great Job!

Igor and his associates did an excellent job replacing and repairing T-11 siding on our house. Not only was the job done well, but there were no surprises or additions from the original estimate. The repair work done was exceptional. Nick and his father promptly showed up and did all of the work in a day. The quality of their work exceeded our expectation. Price was very reasonable for the amount of repairs done to our home. They were also very friendly and cleaned up really well after they completed the repairs. Nick and his father, Nikolay, are artisan carpenters and were recommended by the painting company I had selected (Jack's Ever Green Painting). I developed a list of things I knew needed to be done by carpenters. Nick walked me through my list and gave me his assessment as to what my 32 y.o. house needed, item by item, without a charge. He explained the reasons for what he suggested based on his and his father's years of experience. He was right on every count. Nick and his father set up their saws and other equipment on my driveway each day, and did a thorough cleaning at the end of each day by vacuuming the driveway. Each day they hauled away the old wood and trash items to the correct disposal location. Nick and his father each charge $60 per hour. Though the cost may seem high, the expertise of both men was inspiring. When finished, Nick gave me a copy of every receipt for the materials they bought for my house, plus an accounting of the number of hours for their labor. The charges included travel to get the materials needed and to drop off trash at the disposal locations at the end of the day. The company is licensed with Washington Labor and Industries, plus bonded and insured. I plan to hire Nick and his father to do another fence gate for me.
