+ -1 moreThey did a great job, The drying equipment was in our home for three day and they came in twice to check on the drying process. Always called before arriving, and explained all the steps they took to restore the rooms affected by the water.
Description of Work: We had a hot water heater failure and water flooded our entire basement. We called in a plumber to fix the problem and they referred Ness Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage to us. The owner and a helper were at our home within an hour. They took out the old carpet and set up drying equipment and were very helpful and professional, since we were very upset with the whole problem.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job. The price was a little high. He was quick to repsond to my initial call. Last week, I spilled and called them to come out, never heard back. It seems like the job was too small? I had my neighbor come out and help me.

+ -1 moreExcellent cleaning, very affordable, the carpets dryed in 3 hours and they got up all the spots.
Description of Work: They sprayed the carpet with a solution first and then steam cleaned and deodorized it.
