Very poorly

I entered the information on their web site. There was no response. I called the number provided and said that we were going to have the work done and asked for a call back to set an appointment. I got absolutely no response! I wouldn't have this company sweep my deck! If this is their level of service imagine what it must be like when someone hires them!

The project went very smooth. Scheduling and communication were excellent. The company owner and on-site staff were professional, knowledgeable. They were flexible in moving the appliances when needed. The end result exceed my expectations and the satin finish looks better than the original semi-gloss finish wood flooring when it was new. Work was completed a day ahead of schedule.

From our first contact to the last Chris was very professional. He answered every one of what were probably a million questions almost immediately and in great detail as soon as we would email or test them. He was very punctual, his estimate was at least $1,000.00 under the next highest estimate. The crew came on time and were very friendly. The job was finished on schedule. Our floors look AMAZING. We couldn't be happier!!!!! The best part is, 3 days after it was finished as we were moving our furniture back into the house we slipped and scratched the floor, we were mortified, we called Chris and he came as soon as he could (within a few days) and repaired the scratch for free!!!! We could not be happier with the service and product we got from Moore Floors and we highly recommend them and plan to use them again anytime we need them in the future.

They came out and gave me an estimate. Things have been so far so good. I haven't looked at the floors yet. It took a couple of days to get the quote back. It seemed like it was fairly prompt. Everything has been professional.

It was hard to communicate. It was just one guy but they weren't particularly responsive but the actual application of the flooring stuff went well and they were accurate with their quote. I know their price was less than the nationwide chain that we had it quoted out for. They came really late.

They did a great job under very tight time constraints. There are a few very very very slight blemishes on one section of base board, but if there was a B+ or A- available, they'd get that rating for quality. Communication was sometimes somewhat challenging, but Chris was always able to give a clear answer if his guys weren't.

Chris was really great. He worked hard to get this project done so we could move into our new house, despite the heatwave. I don't really like oak but didn't want to rip out the hardwood in the house. I decided on a darker stain to avoid some of the grainy look. The Jacobean stain turned out great. Chris built a box in the hall closet for the crawl space it turned out awesome. Great Job - We would recommend him to our friends.

Our floors turned out amazing and I was very impressed with Chris's work! He was very prompt as I called him for an estimate and he came out the next day to take the measurements. He then provided us with the cost the next day and was able to begin the work the next week. We expressed to Chris our concerns as we have had a bad experience in the past with another company and he recommended the Swedish finish. We had to be out of the house for 2 days due to the strong smell but it was well worth it. We couldn't be happier with the results and would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting hardwood floors!

Chris Moore did a great job with this small repair project and I will be calling him back to refinish all our hardwood floors when the time comes. He was helpful, prompt, offered a good price, and made the repairs in a few short hours.

We called Chris because we had seen his truck parked near our neighborhood. We were pleased with his quick response in coming to give us a quote and it was very competitive to the other one we received. We had him quote removing ceramic tile and vinyl flooring and installing the hardwood. We ended up deciding to remove the old floors ourselves and Chris was willing to be flexible on the start date of the installation. Chris and Barry arrived promptly the day of the install and set everything up. Barry ended up laying the hardwood with meticulous detail---even redoing one corner numerous times. We are having them come back and to install new baseboards throughout the main floor of our house in a few weeks when we get the wood.

Chris moore was very helpful with suggestions. patient with my indecision and helpful with suggestions. He was fast and thorough. I had to do some touch up where stain got on the walls down low but otherwise a great installation.

I was referred to Moore Floors through a colleague at work who was happy with their work. Chris and his brother Robert were wonderful to work with. I corresponded with Chris initially who came out to the house to give me an estimate. Robert actually performed the work. Both were very responsive, courteous, and professional. I called at least three companies to get estimates and Moore Floors came back with the most competitive bid. Robert did an excellent job at cleaning up. I washed all the walls/windows of a fine layer of dust which is normal and other than that everything looked great. Very happy with their work. I have recommended them and would hire them in the future if needed.
