The job was never done. When the technician arrived, I was given a copy of their "Term & conditions" (disclaimers) for doing the job. After reading them I told the technician I was going to call the office as I found several of them objectionable. The person I was given to talk to on the phone would not listen but proceeded to talk over me and not let me explain my position. I finally told that person we were done and that I was going to fill out and sign their form despite my issues with it. I hung up on this person. They tried to call back but I would not talk to them. I signed the form and gave it to the technician. The office then called the technician and pulled him off the job. I called the office back and talked to the manager, who told me they felt they were not a good fit for the job. I then said that it evident a customer of theirs does not have the right to express the opinion without the company pulling out of the job. The manger would not comment on this. I was in the business of reviewing and even writing disclaimers for a number of year so I know that the procedure is normal. All I wanted to do was express how I felt about them, knowing that I was not going to get anything changed. The unwillingness of the company to even listen to me and their overbearing way of talking to me was not acceptable. Their pulling out of the job was the best thing that could have happened. Within an hour I found another Angis's List "A" company to do the work (in the same or even more professional manner). I would NEVER recommend Miracle Method to anyone, especially someone that would take the time to read the "Terms" and might want to raise a question.

My experience with them went well. It went just great. It went as expected and how it was described.

I placed an email request to get an estimate and I did get a call back the following day. I returned the call, got their answering machine and left a message (this was on a Friday, midday). No one called me back until Wednesday of the following week. I spoke with someone who I assumed was the receptionist, and we further discussed that I would email her photos of my tub so that they could give me a more accurate estimate instead of just what I was trying to describe over the phone. I sent the email with photos as soon as we hung up from the phone (this was on Wednesday). As of Monday of the following week, she had not responded to my email so I had to do a follow-up call. When she answered the phone, she sounded sleepy, and gave me the impression that she wasn't interested in helping me and sounded very 'bored'. I asked her if she had seen my email, and she said, and quot;Oh yah, I think I saw that, but let me pull it up again.and quot; She kept asking me questions which we had already discussed, and her whole attitude was just very unprofessional. The other issue which bothered me was she was giving me estimates over the phone; I was expecting that someone would come out and actually look at what work needed to be done so that a more accurate estimate could be provided. I honestly cannot move forward with having this company do work on my house if their 'front' person can't even return calls or emails, and she gives a bad impression of the company.

It was nice that Miracle Method has a lady that always answers the phone to answer questions and handle scheduling. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I had called some others to shop around, but my messages and emails went un-returned from the competitors. The estimator at Miracle Method came out first to bid the job. I thought the price he gave me was reasonable, considering the cost I had researched for a replacement soaker tub was going to be much higher (thousands). The actual job got scheduled out 2 weeks, which was their soonest appointment as they are busy. The job took two days, the first day the tech was there a long time when he did the actual rebuild on the bottom of the tub with layers of fiberglass and sanding, painting, etc. The next morning he had to come for a couple hours to buff it and finish up. I was mostly pleased with the outcome. The tub is now bright white and glossy, appears brand new. It does look very beautiful! There was a significant low spot where the water used to pool up and sit that I had asked the tech to fill in for better flow toward the drain. He definitely made an effort, as the low spot is much smaller now, however not completely eliminated. There is still a small pool of water that collects and does not drain after the shower is off. The bottom feels a little bit weak still, but it is acceptable and under warranty not to leak or crack for 5 years. The tech says the fiberglass tubs always have a little flex, and that is normal. When you first step in the tub it flexes a little and creaks but then when you are in it showering and turning in circles it feels strong to walk in. Having this service instead of getting a new tub is an acceptable substitute, although the best course of action if you can afford it is to get a steel tub or opt for a walk-in shower, and never install a fiberglass tub again as the life span is not very long. Fiberglass tubs were not a good invention.

There was a miscommunication with the appointment date (Good reason for vendors to send calendar invites.) There apologized and we move on. Still looking of if I can get them in the schedule.

All in all, though, I was very impressed with the service I received. (He covered everything in the newly remodeled bathroom so it was damaged by the product he was using.)

It was okay, we had to have them come back and they were prompt in coming back. When they put the no slip surface on the bottom, it was sharp and bumpy. It did not look good at all. It is okay now. They were prompt. The warranty did not cover the non slip surface. I wish that I had known that ahead of time. I would use them again.

I own an older home (mid-1920's) bungalow so this is an affordable option. My only concern is the dust that covered my entire home, avoidable if technician just took time to mask and cover adjacent rooms; with that said, I am quite pleased with the finished work. So far so good, during the process it is necessary to leave due to the fumes, boarded both cat and dog and went away for three days.

Went according to plan. Saw and asked questions about their method at Tacoma Home Show. Prior to this I had no idea such a method (covering vs. replacing) even existed and it was the perfect answer to our particular situation. We have a certain budget for the bathroom update. It did not include replacing an entire wall of the bathroom, but that's what we would have to have done IF we took off the counter top - because it's glued to the wall that's next to it. My contractor came in and removed the sinks the day before their arrival and they called me before they showed up on the appointed day just as planned. I was concerned if they would be able to "prep", glue, sand and smooth the area around the sinks. My contractor had trouble getting the sinks out because, again...whoever put them in years ago...over glued them and it tore some of the Formica. No worries... Eric and his partner Josh did a fabulous job. They bonded the lose Formica somehow and sanded smooth the whole area. They showed it to me before they sprayed to make sure I was happy with the prep. I appreciated that. Eric also asked me to look at it after the spray, we found a small missed spot and he touched it up by hand. I was perfectly happy. Both Eric and Josh were personable and explained the process when they arrived. Thanks guys :) It takes two days and I'm NOT a fan of the smell, truthfully this stuff is terribly strong smelling...I ended up opening ALL the windows near the bathroom and then taking my little dog and going for a long walk. By the end of the evening...It was better but it really takes two days to cure. I don't suggest you stay home with pets or small children for several hours after it's sprayed if your bathroom is near your main living area like mine is. That is the ONLY negative - but I'd do it again and in fact we're going to have the other shower liner sprayed in a few weeks.

ettDid a great job covering up some big chips in a rental property. Looks great, not sure of durability but price was right. Far less mess than replacing the countertops. No mess or overspray, they did great work.

Miracle Method just resurfaced our chipped and stained 55 year old tub. Eric our service technician was friendly, on time and meticulous about every aspect of the job from start to finish. The tub looks amazing. It turned out absolutely perfect, looks brand new! I would highly recommend Miracle Method and Eric. In addition, Samantha who booked the appointment was very helpful and explained in detail the process and how much time it would take each day.

It went very well. He did a really good job and explained what he was doing. He did a good job doing the job. Some of the grout is coming up so I have called them about that. He did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.

Tim did the service, he was cheerful and did a great job. The work went fast. Odor wasn't bad and Tim was able to leave the evacuation fan overnight. There was over spray reside left on items in the bathroom and he left several razor blades in the bathroom on the counter and one in the parking area on the ground. Sadly in the week following install the job has shown flaws. I will be in touch with the company to repair.

The tub had been refinished before and it did not stand up to ware very well. I was reluctant to get it refinished again, but replacing the tub was far too expensive. After a lot of research, I decided to use Miracle Method and I made a very good choice. The process of preparation and application of the finish is very thorough and the results were outstanding. Tyler, the manager,was very helpful in explaining how the work would be done. Matt, who actually did the work, explained in detail what he would be doing and how long it would take. The fumes were vented out a bathroom window with a fan. There was a slight odor when the work was completed, but it was not objectionable and soon dissipated. Matt is a man who takes pride in his work and gives you the impression that your job is in good hands. He left the bathroom probably cleaner than he found it. Overall a very positive experience.

Tyler was very pleasant and knowledgable. He was up front about pricing, what to expect from the installer and when to expect it. Tyler's confidence in the product and willingness to do the job quickly at my request was the reason I chose Miracle Method. The installer was on time, laid canvas drop cloths down so not to track debris or scratch my wood floors, and went right to work. The exhaust hose did make for a chilly house for a few hours but there were no nasty fumes. I was able to occupy the house while the work was being done without fear of endangering my health. Another BIG selling point for Miracle Method was that of the six companies I called, they were the only one that would return the day following application to buff the tub surface and repair any minor defects AND to clean up and caulk the tub! I got a real sense that Tyler and his crew were very proud of the quality work they do. Tyler explained (without condescension) how to care for the surface to make it look spectacular forever. One year later, my 60 yr old tub looks great with just one hardly noticable defect. I'm sure Tyler would be right out to repair it if I called. Perhaps I will.

Miquel showed up as schedluled and began working right away. He obviously knew what he was doing and did the job swiftly and thoroughly. He came back the next day to finish the sanding and polishing. He did an excellent job of cleaning up after the project was finished. His work rates an and quot;Aand quot; as does his good manners and attitude.

I searched on Angie's List for companies and contacted four. I played a lot of email tag with questions and pricing (which varied, even within one company) but Miracle Method stood out. My contact was precise and unwavering with details and pricing. Discount for doing two tubs at once. I delayed it because I didn't want my life to be interrupted but I finally did it and I love the results. Deonn came and worked for about 6 hours. He covered everything and removed heavy things from the bathroom that I couldn't lift. He was professional and did a great job. The only downside is the smell for one night but it was manageable with the doors shut. The results are amazing. I am no longer afraid to take a bath. The tubs are smooth, white and easy to clean. Five year warranty which is great. The price was a bit more than the other places but after the pricing I just didn't trust the other places so I chose to spend a little more money for peace of mind and it was totally worth it.

The technician Matt, was excellent and very professional. Total cost was $750. We liked him so much we had him come back to install some bath/shower safety bars using Moen secure anchors. I didn't even know there were such things and they are quite strong. It saved us from replacing the whole tub with a new insert. Installing 3 bars was another $500 (parts and labor). Both times, Matt worked hard and made sure we got what we wanted. He even cleaned the floor all the way from the front door to the rear bathroom to make sure he left a clean work site. This was before he knew we were an Angie's list member. The support staff was very good with communication. Though I thought they were located out of Bellevue - not Kent. Either way, they came up to north of Lake Washington to do the work no extra charge. Highly recommended.

We first encountered Miracle Method at the 2011 Seattle Home Show and subsequently visited their showroom in Kent. Every encounter with them from the home show, the in-home estimate and finally the refinishing itself was superb! Their prices are very competitive and their work is terrific. Ed arrived at our house as promised on Monday morning and worked thru Monday evening to get both shower and tub/shower stripped and refinished. He arrived on time Tuesday morning and by early afternoon was driving away with a 'job well done'! We have never encountered such a hard worker as Ed and have already recommended him to our friends.We had looked at covering our existing tile surrounds with the vinyl covers -- but the price and finish provided by Miracle Method cannot be beat.
