Lincoln Moving & Storage Co Inc

On Monday, 6/12/17 movers completed moving everything my friend owned into the truck but they left the key in the truck running so someone drove it away along with all of my friend's belongings. Police report was filed and truck was found 2 days later but it was empty. My friend had insurance but no insurance will ever replace the memorabilia she had. Do not use this company. The movers were unbelievably negligent!!!

The rep came out on Monday, 9/23 and did an extensive walk-through and listed the inventory for an upcoming move. The move was comprised of both local and an international transport. Although the representative promised to send an estimate by Tuesday at the latest, I heard nothing from the company. Nothing on Wednesday either. Around noon on Thursday I sent an email to the representative who had done the inventory and walk-through asking for an update, and he promised in an email Friday morning that I would have it that day. Again, nothing. I had scheduled the move for October 10 and 11, so time was of the essence here. After waiting over the weekend, Monday I received an estimate for the local portion of the move from Lincoln, but now it is after 5pm Monday evening and no word on the international part. If this company cannot put together an estimate within a week, then I don't think I will attempt to let them move my belongings. This is not professional and I personally cannot work with a company like this.

They left my daughter's stuff in AZ for 3 weeks, they never said that it would take that long. When we did recieve her things, two of her televisions are broke. She paid $100.00 for a special box for one of the TVs, but did not purchase any insurance, they will not refund any of that money. I believe the heat is what craked the two TVs, one of which was worth $2200.00.

Lincoln added on an extra $1,000 after the move. Also, theft of items taken during household moves valued over $10K. Company failed to assist in resolution.

We had some trouble on the day of the move, because my driveway was incredibly steep - Lincoln misjudged the type of truck that would be needed. But they came back the next day with 2 trucks, loaded up everything they could fit (because the trucks were smaller than the original plan) and took it to our new house. It worked out fine.

THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WORKED WITH ME REGARDING THE ESTIMATE AND THEN SUBCONTRACTED OUT THE LIQUIDATORS AND TRASH HAULERS AS A BONUS. ALL ITEMS WERE PACKED AS SPECIFIED AND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE AFTER TRUCKING FROM REDMOND, WASHINGTON TO NEW YORK. SIMPLY AMAZING.
