Did a road improvement for a developer in my neighborhood pedestrian lane with thickened edge The thickened edge on my driveway got flattened to the point water ran in my driveway. They fixed it with a ugly lump of asphalt like a speed bump would never use or recomend they have butchered my driveway far from a improvement

The work that was performed (paving and grading of my driveway) turned out great. The company was very responsive and gave me a free bid. The crew the performed the work did a great job and were respectful to my property. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

The work performed turned out great. The company was really responsive and listened to what I wanted. I enjoyed working with the project manager and the crews that performed the work. The company came right out to give me an estimate and then performed the work a couple weeks later. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Lived in the house for 19 years and the driveway only got worse over time. Getting a new driveway was the best decision I ever made. Love it. The guys were very professional. Not sure when I will need them again but if I need asphalt work I will call Lakeridge Paving

Description of Work: I contacted Lakeridge Paving for a quote for a fairly small driveway repair job; it was too far outside of their service area to be worth it for them to make the trip, but they were incredible responsive and helpful with a recommendation. Given that there was nothing in it for them financially, I felt they went beyond my expectations to make sure I was getting my project taken care of nevertheless, and even offered that I could contact them if I had any questions during the repair process. I would contact them again in a heartbeat if I had a larger project, they seem like great people to work with.

Description of Work: They repaired and patched holes in the road and did partial paving. For that price it would have been nice to have the entire road paved but that wasn't part of the bid and we knew that going in. All the crew was very friendly and accommodating.

Good experience. Lakeridge provided options to lower price if desired(repair vs. replace). I chose to replace my asphalt in order to address drainage problems and assure a long term solution. Darrell, the job foreman is very personable. I did have a part of the asphalt that cracked within the first year and Lakeridge promptly came out and replaced that section.
Description of Work: Ground out old asphalt, brought in rock to build up underlayment, poured new asphalt.

THIS COMPANY GAVE US THE BEST BID FOR THE JOB AND WE DECIDED TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY. WE DID NEED FOLLOW UP WORK AFTER THE RAINY SEASON BECAUSE OF SOME RUNOFF AREAS BUT THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED THE PROBLEM WITH NO CHARGE.
