Denise and Ricardo were incredible to work with and the end work product was absolutely top notch. Ricardoâ s attention to detail was immaculate and he consulted with us upfront on design weâ d chosen (corners, tile pattern, etc) which resulted in the best possible outcome. He also corrected durarock work from our contractor that was done erroneously to ensure the final product was perfect. They completed the project on time and were highly responsive, checking in at the beginning and end of each day with progress photos. Ricardo did our new fireplace column as well as our bathroom floor and a design tile accent wall with floating vanity - technical work that was on the more complicated end of the spectrum and we were beyond pleased. I canâ t recommend Kings Luxury Tile enough and we will definitely be using them on future projects! did a beautiful job

Project started out great but once the tile was laid it became obvious there was a problem as the tiles were not level. This is a hazard in a dining room as chairs can get caught on tile edges and tip over. King Flooring said they had done their job and made up several excuses why the tiles were not level and why they didn't need to fix it. They eventually agreed to come back but in fixing the unlevel tiles but actually getting them to show up was difficult as they would schedule a day and time and then something would come up. When they finally came to replace the unlevel tiles they broke several more which required me to order tiles that match from Texas to finish the project at a huge expense. They finished the install and grouting and upon inspection I found 4 tiles cracked all the way across. Their communication is terrible and when I would point out issues like damaging the baseboard trim their first response would be "we didn't do that". They slightly damaged my garage door and completely brushed it off without even an apology.

Ricardo did such a nice job, really happy with his work. Denise was friendly and great with explaining how the project was going. I would definitely hire them again for the next project.

I know from my first meeting w/ Ricardo I'd get exactly what I envisioned. He was personable, honest and clearly an expert in this line of work. He did an exceptional job and the customer service could not have been better. What started as a small retile of just my shower turned into an incredibly successful renovation of my master bath that is truly beautifully transformed! Ricardo pulled out the old school diagonal tub and old vanity (hauled it all away-and had the area practically spotless at the end of every day) and enlarged my shower and installed heated ceramic tile floors that look like wood and extended into my walk in closet too! His wife Denise, was instrumental in helping me with ideas in showcasing a portfolio of Ricardo's prior work. She shared ideas and insights on creative ways to rebuild the shower, details on the soap/shampoo holder & bench, and heated flooring options. They listened to what I wanted - and truly gave me the best value. Once I decided to make the shower a bit larger, some plumbing work slowed things for Ricard but he was so accommodating & flexible in stepping away and reprioritized my project when the plumbing was finally done. Ricardo & Denise were extremely helpful in connecting me with a reputable electrician for the flooring as well as a Glass company for the shower basically eliminating my need for a general contractor simply because of their expertise, guidance and support. The tile looks amazing - the attention to detail was above and beyond. I highly recommend going with Kings Luxury Tile. Have them come out and scope your project...you'll realize right away they are experts at what they do and will make sure it's exactly what you want - or they wont finish until you are satisfied. I am already planning next spring to reach out to them to help renovate my guest bathroom. Don't waste your time looking around at other options - Kings Luxury is the best value and quality...couldn't be happier.

Ricardo was a pleasant person to work with. He's quality of work was amazing. He did our bathroom floors tiles.

We hired King's Luxury Tile to install tile in two full bathrooms (floors and showers), and a Laundry room. We had them run brick pattern white tile floor to ceiling, pour and finish a new showerpan, and lay very complex herringbone tile on the floors. IT LOOKS LIKE A MILLION BUCKS! Most importantly, there was no flooring that matched our exact desired specs so they cut every single floor tile to size to make the proper herringbone pattern - amazing patience and precision. In our laundry room, our 1980's home had a very slight sloping floor that I did not know about (virtually undetectable except through measurement with levels). Ricardo did not take the simple route of laying the flooring down. Instead, he spent the time with special leveling spacers to make the floor PERFECT from end to end. The team really cares about doing great work and serving their customer. I can tell you King's is on the top of my list for our next tile project.

We are building a home for our daughter and family doing most of the work ourselves until recently. We decided we would really like ceramic wood-looking tile floors on the entire home (8x48 inch tiles). Ricardo (Kings Luxury Tile & Flooring) gave us a prompt and very reasonable bid, so we hired them. Ricardo insisted on backer board - despite 1 1/8" flooring - for strength. Their work has been flawless. Their customer service outstanding. We had lots of questions and special needs. We are so happy with their work, we are going to have them do our bathrooms as well. Hopefully they will have the results of their work available for others to see. You wouldn't believe how beautiful our floors look.

Ricaardo does an excellent job even in areas outside of just tiling, however, his interpreter at the moment, Denise does not translate verbatim but feels the need to add her opinion, therefore, communication with Ricardo was lost in translation. Unfortunately, our bathroom was not completed, therefore, could not pay the full invoice. Had to hire another company to finish the job... so if you are presented with the portfolio that shows a white marble bathroom with a large marble niche in the shower/tub area keep in mind the opposite wall where the vanity would be placed under the mirror wall was not completed.
