We got a water bill in the thousands and were told it appeared we had a leak. The meter was running like crazy but we couldn't find where the 1000 gallons of water could be going. Just Jim's Plumbing came and after a lot of effort and frustration, finally saw what was happening and fixed it. There was no water lost, but there was an expansion tank on our water heater that was not needed. Fixed. I've used these guys for twenty years. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

He did a great job. It took him only a few hours. Also he sealed off an old toilet and hauled it away which was a big bonus. He is always very professional and helpful. Again, on 8/4 I had a water leak that was hard to find. He pinpointed it quickly and fixed it promptly. Another great job.

Service was prompt, professional, beyond what we expected. Would recommend to anyone -- in fact, that's what we're doing right now.

Only downside, is Jim is more old school - no email, just phone in communications. But he always is prompt in responding. 5 stars. Can't say enough about him!

We had a backed up toilet and a water leak. We called in the morning and he came in the afternoon although we have some on-going issues part of which was fixed today.

They were excellent plumbers. They were very prompt and efficient. They did a good job and they were clean. They were friendly and very nice people. I dealt with the owner, Just Jim, and Ty was the worker that worked with him. He did the work for me through Dan Schultz of Big Sky Construction, and that's how I got his name. I had the plumber come back to do some other work for me outside of the scope of what was needed to be done. The price was very fair. They had excellent quality. In fact, I have recommended them to people who have had plumbing problems. I would definitely use them in the future.

Work went uneventful and as planned. A service panel was added to front hall closet in the event front hose bib freezes so outside brick work wouldn't need to be torn out. I hadn't asked for this to be done but it was appreciated! Water heater and installation is outstanding! Brand is Bradford White and I was able to upgrade from my previous 40 gal. capacity to 50 gal. and no extra cost! Water heater was installed with earthquake straps and set in a containment pan which, not only drains to the outside, but also has an audible sensor if tank should leak. I feel with Jim and Ty's 54-plus years of experience, there's not a plumbing problem they couldn't remedy! I appreciate both of their hard work!

He offers a very high quality of service. He does have a rather busy schedule, but is worth the wait. I would highly recommend him!

Very well. I contacted Jim but he mostly worked with my contractor. My contractor was extremely pleased and told me that he would recommend Just Jim to his clients. I finally met Jim in person after several phone calls. Jim was always very professional, friendly and reliable.

We were a little worried that there would be a glitch, Jim did the estimate and he seemed very knowledgeable, a different associate came to do the work and had not been told about the type of piping to be used. He wanted to put in copper, but he had enough of the correct pipe in the truck to do it right. there seemed to be a disconnect but the job turned out well and we would use them again.

We've had to call for emergency service and scheduled repairs. He comes on time, does the work, makes suggestions when asked, cleans up carefully.

JIM PERFORMS TOP NOTCH WORK. THE TRICK IS FITTING INTO HIS BUSY SCHEDULE. HE'S A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO CONNECT WITH, BUT IT'S WORTH THE EFFORT TO TRACK HIM DOWN. HE DOES WORK THE OLD FASHIONED WAY AND THE QUALITY SHOWS.
