+ -1 moreNormally Sunday is the lazy day. But we get up at 6:45AM. 7AM Nothing 8AM Nothing 9AM Nothing 10AM Nothing Each hour I call and get a message.. "This user has not set up thier voice mail box" 11AM I get an answer. She is in the office doing books.. Sorry didn't have your info to call you.. our truck broke down. They guys had your info.. I will have them call you when we know more. All Day Sunday Nothing All day Monday Nothing Totally Unprofessional Company.. breakdowns happen.. but if your customers are not worth a call while they wait and don't worry about ever gettng back. They have a slick website and sounded enthusiastic to get business.. but in the end.. clearly can't be relied on. Heck we live 8 blocks from the dump just don't have a truck for the furnature load.. this would be an easy job .. Now will not allow them to come get our Junk...
Description of Work: We had a sofa and futon mattress to be hauled. I called on Saturday.. was quoted $75 and said they would need to be there at 7am on Sunday as they were already booked. I was suprised asked "Really, you can do it tommorrow!" Yes.. at 7AM.
