replacement windows
+ -1 moreFoggy windows due to condensation between the two insulated glasses. Since Jeld-Wen provides lifetime warranty on the products, I called them and they sent technicians to do the measurement and replaced glasses for more than 20 windows. I paid for the labor. Their phone service was quite responsive and helpful. Two weeks after the phone call, their technician first came for measurement and installed the glasses the following week. They were punctuate and very professional.
Description of Work: Replacement of insulated glass for more than 20 windows under the warranty.

Description of Work: Home Depot & JELD WEN (The Perfect Fit Program) had a promotion, 15% off all doors plus $199 installation. Instead of purchasing the doors from a store and tyring to installe them myself I decided to use this program. I had all of the interior doors in my home replaced (including closets and garage door - 23 total). JELD WEN came out and measured all of my doors, i was able to pick any door style i wanted, along with color (extra). You could also chose to use your exisitng hardware or purchase new, I decided to keep my existing hard ware. It took about 3-4 weeks to have the doors custom built, and I must say it was worth the wait and worth every penny. The new doors transformed my home. I love t hem. It took JELD 6.5 hours to install (two men). You also have the choice to dispose of your old dors, of course if they do it it is extra. Though this is a good program, please note that the Perfect Fit Program is for doors only NOT door jams. The doors being as beautiful as they are, I did not mind not having new jams, there was nothing wrong with my existing jams. Also note that a french door or a slding closet door is considered two doors.

+ -1 moreSome of our windows had been installed by them in the past. A lot of the windows were replaced under warranty. They went above and beyond fixing things for us. Their pricing was extremely reasonable.
