Jamie's Septic Service

Jamie is the nicest guy ever. He was on time, super helpful and handled it really quickly. He gets and A++ from me.

In response to Jamie, I looked through my records and couldn't find that I called or emailed him. As such, I'm updating my review for now and have asked Angie's list to remove it. My apologies to Jamie for my mistake.

This is the 2nd time i have had Jamie out to pump the septic tank and check overall status. Both times he has been punctual and professional. He is very informative about how to care for your septic tank and when you should have him come out for the next pumping based on your usage as well as how often to clean the filter between pumpings.

Jamie was professional, helpful and generally good to have work on this problem.

He did a great job and was very professional. I am selling the house and did not know how to get As Built Drawing and the system inspected and certified. Jaime helped contact a company that could do the work and then coordinated his pumping to be the same day after the inspection. I would definitely use Jaime again. Thanks for the referral.

Jamie requires that the owner provide access to the tank covers. In my case 3. That was no problem for me but for others may be a concern. He was knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. It took about 90 min.

I have contacted the company on five different occasions (over the course of a year and a half, leaving voicemails with contact info each time. I have NEVER heard back.

We were originally scheduled for 3/3/14 but Jamies truck went down without warning. Rather than shift us off to the foloowing week he slid his schedule where he could forward by one day so we were serviced within 24 hrs of the original appointment. Professional and personable, plus very reseanably priced.

Jamie came to my house and determined he would not be able to pump my tank due to the incline. He gave me the approx. distance and incline info. and referred me to a company that would be able to provide services. I wholeheartedly recommend him to any looking for septic services.

Jamie called back within the promised one hour window of response. Gave clear expectations. Was actually earlier than expeted. Quickly and efficiently serviced our system. Explained the function of our system in easy to understand homeowner terms. Jamie is friendly and personable. Will definitely have him back for our septic needs.

I contacted Jamie via email and he responded later that day and we setup an appointment. He told me the time that he would arrive and did arrive at the time that he stated. He went right to work and as he was preforming his service he talked to me about my septic tank and what I can expect from it moving foward. We walked the yard and he pointed out a few things that I will have to deal with in the future with the drain field. Mine is about 45 years old now and I've been on the property for 31 years . He also explained to me how the tank and the drain field works and what to look for. He spent a lot of time with me answering my questions and making sure I understood everything we talked about. His service is 2nd to none.

He showed up when he said he would. He got the job done and had all the tools needed. No mess, no fuss, no trouble. With other service folks, I get dirt and rocks left on the lawn and a lecture from them that I am not using my septic tank correctly and not having it pumped out often enough. Jamie gave no lecture, and I did not miss that.

Arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Jamie showed me the condition of the tank and when he thought it should be pumped again. This was helpful in understanding how to care for our tank and when we should expect to have it pumped again. This is something that has always bothered me.

Jamie was terrific. We had purchased this house a year ago and had not had the septic pumped at that time because the previous owner had it done a couple of years before. But I was getting nervous about it being too long and not having an inspection done ourselves. Jamie came and pumped it and gave the system a thumbs up--he reviewed some do's and don't's 9we've had septic systems several times before)--and talked a bit about what would be entailed if our system failed and we had to tie into the sewer line. He was very knowledgable--and a good guy. I'll call him in 4 years as he recommended to pump it again.

Jamie is very personable and I enjoyed talking with him. He did exactly what he said he would do.

I had noticed that our tanks were not pumping. I called Jamie and he came out as scheduled. He let me know ahead of time that he does not do repair, but that he would pump out the tanks and determine the source of the problem. Jamie was on time and did the job well. He was able to determine that the problems were most likely with the floats or pump and referred me to another company for the repair. Jamie spent extra time, which he did not charge for, in doing this as the wiring box for my tank took a little time to find.

I called Jaime as we were having some issues with our Septic System. Jaime came out promptly and spent a great deal of time with us going over the issue and discussing repair options. As this is our first home with a septic system, Jaime was very patient with us and helped educate us on how it all works etc. In the end, the issue was a quick fix and even after Jamie spent over an hour with us, he didn?t charge us a cent! A few weeks later, we got Jaime to pump our tank. Jaime is a very kind guy and we?d definitely call him again when our tank needs pumping next and of course if any further issues come up with the system. Highly recommended!

It was an awesome experience. Jamie is so personable and very knowledgable. Jamie emptied our tank and then proceeded to educate us on the care of our septic tank so our cost is low (emptying the tank) versus neglect and Jamie fixing our mess. Jamie spent well over an hour past the emptying of the tank to answer our questions - never knew learning about CRAP could be so much fun and interesting. I look forward to our next visit from Jamie.
