Description of Work: Jamie was awesome, he showed up very quickly, answered all of our questions and gave us a great deal. He really saved the day!!!

Description of Work: Was late, but called and asked it we are still planning for him to drain septic.. We thought of course we called your company and set up an appointment!?When he arrived told us tank was too full, (flowhawks) came two days later did a great job and said tank was on fuller side but was no problem to pump, not sure Jamie really wanted to work that day.....

Description of Work: He cleaned out our septic tank and informed us our drain field needed to be redone. He recommended a service person for that and we are happy we him also. He was honest and courteous.

Description of Work: Jamie arrived promptly (given traffic) and did a great job. He is knowledgeable, professional and thorough. We walked the entire system to check for any failures and discussed the optimum interval for tank pumping. He pumped the septic tank (2 chambers) and my pump tank (I have a mound system). I will call him again when my system needs the tanks pumped.

Description of Work: Jamie came out to pump our (double) septic tank back in , which had overflowed due, it turned out, to a faulty pump. Jamie was friendly and knowledgeable, and was happy to educate me on how our septic system was structured, how it was supposed to work, and what he thought had gone wrong (pump failure). He also referred us to a contractor who could properly diagnose and repair the problem (it turned out that Jamie's assessment was correct). We were very impressed by Jamie's professionalism & level of service, and will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Description of Work: I called Jamie Thursday 10/29 because of other reviews on Angie's list. After he asked several questions about the type of system, how long it had been since it had been pumped and the size of the system he determined I needed it to be pumped. I was impressed that Jamie took the time to determine if I even needed my septic pumped. He quoted me a price and we settled on a day. I might add the day we settled on was good for me but not so much for him yet he worked me into his schedule. He was about a half hour early and was very explicit about the work he was going to do explaining everything. He did a great job and cleaned up to the point I didn't really notice he was at my house. The price he quoted on the phone was exactly what we paid! I will be using Jamie and recommending him to everyone that needs septic service.
