It went fine and great. I used them 2 weeks ago and spent about $5000. My experience with them was nothing but good. They were on time, knew what they were doing, very friendly, and have quality service.

Talk about under promise and over deliver! Wesley and Hugo came on Thursday to make the templates for our countertops, and installed the finished product on Monday! We were scheduled for a Wednesday install and they called to ask if we would like a sooner install, of course I said yes. The quote was right on target and very fair. Everyone was very friendly and professional, a great experience. We highly recommend Intown Granite & Marble; the entire experience was easy.

They were on time and installation went really well.

Prompt response by Stephanie for a bid to replace countertops in kitchen and upper bath. She made adjustments to the bid price when I inquired about different quartz products getting back to me in the same day. Her emailed bid was clear and easy to read. All the fine print is legible and clear. I went to the showroom in North Auburn and was able to see the samples in bright daylight making my choice easier. The sinks were also available to view. Scheduling for the template was done the day I make my decisions and Wesley arrived one week later to make the template. He was thorough and made sure I understood the entire process and any concerns he might have with the installation. He left the sink specifications/photographs with me. I was called the afternoon prior to the install to get the start time. One week later Wesley and Eddie arrive to install the quartz countertops and sinks. They arrived exactly on time. They arrived with all the equipment they needed and efficiently went to work. The entire process was well thought out. Both Wes and Eddie called me to see any details that came up as the installation progressed It was clear InTown wants you involved and satisfied. They cleaned up as they went and so the house was minimally disrupted. The plumber who connected the faucets and garbage disposal the next day had no complaints of InTown's removal of our fixtures. I have been very happy with countertops and the installation. I would definitely encourage my friends to consider InTown Granite and Marble.

My experience with Intown Granite far exceeded my expectation. These folks are very professional, and they know their trade very well. Stephanie was a pleasure to deal with. She reserved the marble I chose for a month before the installation, and made several helpful recommendations. She arranged the timing of the template making and installation within one week of each other. Wesley and his crew made the templates as well as the installation. Wesley was also very courteous and very helpful, and he also made some valuable recommendations. Both the template making and the installation of the counter tops were swift. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality marble top work. I was amazed at how fast they made my counter tops. They are really beautiful!

In early August we picked out with the help of Stephanie, who is very knowledgable, our kitchen countertops and were VERY pleased with what we picked out as well as the installation. We got the sale of $59 sq foot installed. Later in the month we went back and picked out another scrap piece to use as a vanity top in our main bathroom and again were again very pleased. I recommend them highly for their knowledge, selection and installation.

We went to the shop to look at granite. We selected three that we felt would be good in our kitchen. Stephanie helped explain the process of purchasing the granite and she started a profile card on us. After looking at several other shops we decided that Intown was the facility we wanted to install our granite. We went back to the facility to have one more look at the piece we wanted and it was no longer there and they were not sure when they would have another piece that color on the lot in the next couple of weeks. Stephanie gave us the name of the supplier and we were able to visualize it on the internet and could go and see it in person if we liked. Once we made the finally decision I went down to put the deposit down on the job which I believe was 60% and the remainder would be due at the time of the installation. Our contractor was contacted re: dates for the measurement and a date and time was selected. Due to the cabinets not being installed on that date, our contractor had to move the date out about a week and a half. Intown made the change without any problems. Wesley came out and took the measurements on the selected date and the granite was ready for installation approximately a week later. Wesley and his crew arrived first thing in the morning and started the installation. They completed the job about noon and my cabinets, island and desk were just gorgeous. The color picked up the cabinet and wall colors and they are better than I ever imagined they would be. Wesley explained about the granite and how I should care for it and I really appreciated it! The professionalism Intown showed was outstanding. They were punctual and worked with our short delay. You knew what the process was and it happened just as they said it would. I cannot thank our contractor enough for recommending Wesley and his team and I have recommend Intown to several people and will continue to do so. I waited for my new kitchen for a long time and I am glad that Intown was able to make part of my dream come true!

Intown was a pleasure to work with. They did a beautiful job on my kitchen! I love my new granite countertops. The time between my choosing granite to full installation was only about a week which was very fast. All the people I worked with in the process were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Intown on future projects.

The best value around. My kitchen countertop is gorgeous! They are aclittle disorganized about phone calls and appointments, but worth the hassle.

They did a wonderful job, they showed up when they said they would, installed the product beautifully and were respectful and pleasant to deal with. The cost was accurate and up front; no surprises. My countertop is fantastic! And I would recommend the Ogee edge, its just beautiful!

We met Dilma (owner) at the Seattle Home Show and was immediately interested due to their incredible pricing. We continued to look around and researched other companies but could not find anyone else even remotely close in terms of pricing. Even better, was the wonderful sales woman (Stephanie) that assisted us at the showroom. She was very patient with us as we changed our minds multiple times because we were unsure about the granite selection that we wanted. Once we finally made our decision, she worked quickly to get us on the books and get our template and installation scheduled. Wesley and his team did a fantastic job with the installation and it completely transformed our kitchen. We are completely happy with the work they did and will be using them again in the future.

From beginning to end Wesley was a pleasure to work with. I had fell in love with a specific granite I had seen. I couldn't find any granite cutter & installer that had it in stock. Because they didn't have it in stock most were charging me an outrageous price for that granite & were trying to steer me into using another slab of granite I really didn't like as much. Just as I was about to compromise & go with a granite I didn't like as much I decided to research a few more companies. That's when I found InTown Granite. Right from the beginning Wesley was a pleasure to deal with. Nothing seem to be a problem for him. Although he didn't have the granite in stock & his supplier didn't have it either, he was willing to open an account with the supplier that had my granite & went & picked it up. I had preferences on where certain patterns of the slab would be in my kitchen. Wesley made it all happen & like I mentioned at 30% less than others. His installers were very professional! It was very nerve racking as the size of the counter for the island in my kitchen made the piece very heavy & they had to go up about 10 steps & go through some very narrow turns. They made it & I now have the counter of my dreams! :-)

They are excellent! For a small, family-owned operation, they do a fantastic job. They demonstrate outstanding craftsmanship. They pay very close attention to detail and to their customers—I always felt like they were going the extra mile and really paid attention to our requests and needs. From the first contact with them until the finish, we were more than happy with the beauty, cost, promptness and attention to detail that they all provided.

We had a great experience with Intown Granite and Marble. I called to arrange for an estimate and they came out the next day. We got the estimate right then - didn't have to wait. They did the template the next Monday and then they did the install on Friday. All the work on the countertops was completed in one day - and was priced as estimated. The price was very reasonable and the workmanship was beautiful. My only advice would be to make sure you confirm any post installation appointments, ie. with a plumber to install the sinks and faucets. We had a little communication problem - but as soon as it was evident there was a problem, they fixed it and everything turned out fine. Just confirm verbally! They were less expensive than another highly rated company.

They were very responsive and the entire process was very quick. They came out soon after I called to provide an estimate, and once I decided to go with them, they were back out within a few days to take the template, and less than a week later to install. Again, I skipped the step of visiting the yard and picking out the granite myself, and if this was my dream kitchen I would have done that, and know it can add weeks to a picky persons process. But really I just wanted this installed to freshen up the kitchen for resell value.Everyone was friendly and professional that came to the house. The guys consulted me on a few things during the install, which I appreciated. The counters are gorgeous and really make a huge difference in my space. The only thing that could have been done better, would be the caulking around the walls and the undercount sink, which when filled too high leaked under the cabinet. Both things I can take care of, as I need to touch up the paint trim anyway. All in all I am very happy with them and what I paid. If I decide to do the bathroom at some point I will call them back out for sure.

I would have given serious consideration to working with this company, but felt if the communication was lacking for templating and that there was no attempt to let me know what happened after the fact that they must not care to earn my business.

The granite we chose had a flowing vein that required an artistic layout of the template in order to fully capture the beauty. We were invited to view the layout for approval before it was cut. It was so perfectly done that we made no changes. The veins flow from countertop to backsplash seamlessly and over the lip of the greenhouse window, which required a bit of fancy seaming. The same is true of the island, which flows from stovetop up the backsplash and across the raised eating counter. My kitchen has been transformed into an absolutely beautiful place to cook and eat. Since there was extra granite leftover from the slab, we had them make three table tops, which are used in the adjoining family room area. Time wise, they were very quick. They came and made the templates one day, then set up another day for the tear out and installation. Most companies we spoke to wanted us to hire an electrician and a plumber, or they acted as general contractors and hired their own at a rather costly rate in their estimate. Intown Granite and Marble did the removal and reconnection of the stovetop themselves at no extra charge, and we used a plumber they recommended, who showed up on the date of installation and did a good job of installing faucet, garbage disposal, etc. for a reasonable cost. Overall I couldn't be more pleased.
