My plumber was Andrew B. he called to make sure we were ready for him. He was on time. Came into my house and addressed the project. Gave me the Price. Started work. Finished the job. Cleaned up the mess. Hauled off all the old stuff away. Asked if we had any Questions. Very friendly. Very professional. Gave us his business card with his personal cell phone number. He said if I have any questions about any plumbing needs that he would stop by to discuss any plumbing needs, any time as the estimates are always free. Couldn't ask for a better professional or a better person to meet for the first time. I will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs. Could not ask for any better.

Two things blew me away about this service call: 1) Tim (the owner) picked up the phone after hours and scheduled me for the next day. 2) Because it was an easy fix, Thomas (who is awesome, by the way), performed the work for free. No charge. He also took a look at my pipes and hoses under the sink to make sure everything was in good working order. I will definitely use this company again. I'm very impressed and recommend them highly.

We had water coming out from a broken faucet under our kitchen sink. I called and they said they could have someone out there in an hour. Andrew came in 30 minutes and was able to replace the faucet quickly and get our water back on. He also advised on some things we need to do to prevent further problems. Aaron was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. We will for sure call them again.

Plumber was training an apprentice and did a great job explaining what he was doing and the reason for that type of set up. Both Gentleman where very kind and thoughtful. They completed the job swiftly and I will be calling them again.

I had a great experience with all phases of the process. The bid process was well handled, let me know he was an hour behind schedule and showed up at the newly appointed time. I had a lot of confidence in the gentleman doing the bid. He was able to discuss some options to solve a somewhat unique challenge in which my street main water wouldn't shut off completely. His bid was all inclusive and concrete. When he came out to do the work, he was quick, thorough and did a nice job all around, even though the job was a bit more challenging to solder with water continuously trickling up through the pipes. I thought the price was reasonable, especially since I priced out all of the parts at almost $400 from Lowes/Home Depot. I'm sure they get them cheaper, but the labor was very reasonable for the amount of skill involved. I would definitely hire them again.

They were professional, friendly and on-time. This is the second time we have used this company. They initially came to our rental house to find the source of a leak. Instead of ripping out walls, they were able to figure it out and fix it without making a hole. At the same time, they checked a toilet issue we had and worked on that as well. They were able to let us know about the status of other things in the house such as our hot water heater. We got a second opinion and discovered their original recommendation was right on, and decided to have them come out. Our renters have been happy with their work and so have we! Definitely a great company to work with!

Jordan came late one night when the waste ejector pump under the house failed and started making noise. He made temporary repairs until some decisions could be made and also repaired a leaking toilet. He was quick, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When he gave me the estimates, he was also willing to negotiate on the details as well as providing me with specfications on several different choices of new pump. What he did was to remove the smaller and leaking pump from under the house and clean up the area. Then he and his team dug a new waste basin in the yard and installed a larger pump and cleaned up that area. They did this during the some of the coldest weather this winter while servicing other customers with the inevitable broken pipes. He and his partner and their team were good. I would hire them again.

When making a schedule of ris work quickly, and the quality of his work is very high. He also uses the best grade materials. Everything that he's done for usepairs, he's pretty close to that timeline; if there are any discrepancies, he will inform you right away. He keeps his appointments. He's very efficient and does his work in a timely manner. He finishes h has been very reasonably priced and done in a competent manner.
