Description of Work: Attempted to have them come out and quote a shower enclosure . Set appointment for Monday afternoon, they called Monday morning and rescheduled for Tuesday afternoon. They called again on Monday afternoon and canceled the Tuesday appointment then rescheduled for Wednesday afternoon. I cleared my calendar again and left work an hour and a half early on Wednesday to meet them but they did not show up. At 6:00 I called and left a message, it has been 3 weeks and they have not replied

Description of Work: Replaced some small cracked panes in a Craftsman home.

Description of Work: Requested estimate to replace shower glass door, which they had replaced prior when it shattered. Was told they could not replace the glass and I would need a a complete shower enclosure; even though, they have replaced it prior. Additionally, estimate was not received until 3 weeks, and estimate sent was someone else's home request. Will not use this provider in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced a failed bathroom mirror in our 1924 house. We are do-it-yourselfers however we felt beyond our comfort zone. The Glass Doctor disposed of the old and installed a new 38 " x 36 " mirror on one wall. They provided us with several important points to keep our DIY part of the project on track and out of trouble. We were very happy with their work and professionalism.

Description of Work: Repaired 1 windshield chip

Description of Work: Window repair; for half-moon window. Outside weather stripping had come out. Reinserted and reinforced stripping. Work seem very meticulous and careful. Metriculos clean up. Required working on ladder. Service provided by Tim and support-person Ted; both very professional. Estimate given before work done, as promised by dispatcher/phone receptionist. Work then done immediately thereafter. Charge was for labor only. Company "dispatcher" was able to dispatch this team on the very next day I contacted her, and the repairment showed up exactly on time. Only discrepency was that dispatcher said that while new windows were warrantied, they did not warranty repair work, yet the lead repair person said their labor was guaranteed for a full year.
