They were prompt, both with the estimate and the work.They called ahead to let me know exactly when they'd be there.The work was done, and the clean-up was immaculate.They were personable and polite.The company also followed up with a phone call to see how it had gone.

First they called twice to reschedule though I don't recall exactly why. When the technician arrived to estimate he didn't even introduce himself and barely said anything until after he wrote the estimate and asked if we wanted to sign up for the work. We walked around the house and I showed him the windows that needed replaced and he measured them. He then wrote up an estimate, cross-checked his book and wrote up an estimate. They were the highest of three estimates and 20% higher than the middle estimate. As well after the estimate the office called multiple times to try to get us to commit to the work.

The person who came gave me a verbal estimate of around $400 plus tax to "emergency" board up the windows and $700 for replacement of the two windows and screens. I thought the $400 was high but it was the weekend of the winter blast when it was in the 'teens and snowing so I agreed. Once he completed the boarding, he gave me a bill for $626- just for the boarding! I asked why it was higher, he said it took longer to clean up the glass. Then he told me it would be 7-10 business days to get the windows. Because of the bad weather, the windows were replaced 13 days later, but he forgot the screens. I am still waiting for the screens to be replaced 20 days later.

It went well, unfortunately because of the nature of the door it will be costly to repair and we are not able to do it at this time.

Good. Like I said, they were the only ones who knew what was going on. They did an estimate, came back a few days later. Did the work. All went well.

Company provided written estimate and was willing to work on a small repair project. Good price for the special order item. Company replaced window one day after scheduling appointment. Tim, the service representative, provided excellent, quality service. Because the replacement window was thicker than the window that needed replacement, Tim resized the trim to match the other windows.

Our original appointment on a Saturday (for which we arranged our schedule around) was canceled at the last minute when the repair person called in sick. On a weekday shortly after that, a voice message was left at our home and my husband's office by the repair person saying they were in the neighborhood and on the way. This was a surprise to us, since this was not our scheduled time. The work was done while we were not home, so there was a bit of broken glass left inside our house (we have cats, so that concerned me), and the exterior trim around the window had been cut at and requires some touch up paint. Since I work only 10 minutes from home, I would have preferred to have planned to be there to meet the worker, have the repair person explain the process to me and properly clean up after the job.

The guys there were extremely kind in understanding our need for a Plexiglas cover for our daughters television. She is a special kid that can be destructive. Gary the owner, and Mike were very courteous and helpful in selecting the appropriate materials to get the job done - The materials offered were even less expensive than what I was asking for initially. They finished my job overnight to my complete satisfaction and then some!

Punctual and did the work according to what I asked for. I had to supervise a little bit but the result was what I wanted.

I called in and the agent explained why their company was better than other glass companies. I had only called one other place, but I was pleased about the OEM glass and dealer moulding. He stated that the service was an hour, but it took nearly two. At the shop, they thought it would only take 90 minutes, but ran into trouble with the glue holding my windshield and then struggled with the rearview mirror. The employee who checked on my car lacked a customer service attitude, but was not rude or unpleasant. The actual installer was very pleasant and apologized for the late completion of the job. The first employee (who worked in dispatch) wasn't as courteous. The work was fine. There was some dirt on my rearview mirror, but I think that the installer was rushing to complete the job, so I have discounted that. Overall, I would return. The location is convenient to other activities, making it an easy to wait for the vehicle.

They were very good, I enjoyed working with them.

They came out the day I called to give me an estimate. Very professional.

This was the highest priced vendor by a significant amount (75-100 per window).

THE COMPANY WAS VERY EFFICIENT OVER THE PHONE AND THE PROCESS WAS SIMPLE. THE COMPANY PROVIDED A COMPETITIVE BID AND PERFORMED THE WORK WITHIN JUST A FEW DAYS.

I LIKED THE QUALITY OF WORK WHEN I FIRST HAD THIS COMPANY REPLACE A SMALL WINDOW SO I HAD THEM REPLACE A MUCH LARGER WINDOW. VERY PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THE REPAIRMAN WAS POLITE AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE CLEANED UP HIS WORK AREA, WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY SMALL PIECES OF GLASS LEFT AROUND. WE WERE QUITE PLEASED WITH THE WORK. HE WAS ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT.
