They did a good job. They work out of a Grease Monkey location so you can get an oil change and your glass fixed at the same time. Insurance paid for it.

It was fine. The price is reasonable. We are happy with the work. They came when they said they would come. They are reliable and did what they said they would do. It was a good job and I would use them again.

They were fine. They were quick and good. Rob is the one who came out. I had them bid on another project but haven't done it yet. The glass on the garage was covered by insurance. They were quick getting here.

It turned out quite well. They got the windshield replaced. It looks good and there are no problems. They came out to my house and did it so that was cool. Insurance covered the cost and I had to pay my deductible of $250.

It was fine. They did the work. I had some other estimates and they were in the ball park. I did not think their demeanor was very professional. In terms of the window, they did fine.

They were quick and they did the job. It was a pretty straightforward job. They took out the old and put in the new one in the same day.

It was OK. I am not 100% satisfied. The door has a big gap so when I take a shower a lot of water leaks out. I haven't talked to them yet but I will ask them for something to help with that.

It turned out great. They did a great job. They were responsive. They helped work with the window warranty with the manufacturer. They organized delivery of the replacement window. They were quick. I met them on site and they were finished within less than an hour.

We didn't use them but they were very prompt in getting the bid to us. They came out right away either the day we contacted them or the next day. We wanted to get an idea of what it would cost to replace the panes. We just didn't have the money to do the work. They responded quickly and measured. They were in and out. We were pleased with how quickly they responded.

They did a very nice job. I would use them again in the future.

I requested this work for my 85 yr old mother in law in Burien using Angie's List to pick this so-called highly rated glass company. Before checking Angie's List I had called a couple of different glass companies just to get an idea of what the cost would be, and the highest estimate I got was $200. When I called GLASS DOCTOR, I initially asked for a rough price estimate giving the glass size and job location. They refused to give a phone quote but said the installer would come out for a free estimate and have the glass ready to install if the price was accepted. The price of $262 + tax was absurdly high, but I wasn't there to stop her from agreeing to the work. The installer did NOT have the glass necessary and made an appt to come back the following morning. He called her that morning to say the glass was cracked so it would be later in the day cause he had to go get another piece. The glass alone for this job should've cost about 80 bucks which means they charged her $160 just to come out and put it in an existing frame. I used to work for a glass company and this was outrageous! Stay away from Glass Doctor!

At the time that the bid was put together, the company representative explained that this would be a really big job, requiring 4 men a full day to accomplish. So the price included 32 hours of labor (4 men, 8 hours each). The first worker that arrived went on the roof, did a 30 second assessment and told his companion that the job would be "a snap." The actual job took less than 10 man-hours. So the price was padded with an extra 22 man-hours of labor (220 % overcharge). The manager would not make any price adjustment. It is obvious that they knew the job would not take a full day, because the workers rushed off immediately to other jobs that they were scheduled to perform that same day. Work was done efficiently & on time. Clean up was not great. Finger prints and smudges on several of the new pieces of glass (These are 15 and 25 feet high, so not an incidental task for us to clean. Would have been an easy task for the workers when they were already up there.) They did not clean up inside the house. I found bits of debris on the roof, which would have potentially clogged the drains in the next rain. Won't know about the quality of the work until the skylights have weathered some storms, but expect it is good. I have no problem paying a fair price for work performed. But I do get upset when I believe I have been cheated, and that is exactly how I feel about this experience.

The entire experience went well. Due to other tenants in the building needing quiet during the week, the window needed to be installed on the weekend. They were able to do a Saturday installation which worked out well. They did a great job putting the window in and didn't leave a mess, which is very important to me.

I made an appointment with the office for a free estimate and Ivan showed up exactly on time. He gave us the estimate, we decided to have the work done and he said it would take five days because the glass had to be specially ordered. Exactly five days later the office called and we made an appointment for 3 days later. Again, Ivan came on time, replaced the window and played with my dog all in half an hour. He was always polite, friendly and efficient! A pleasure to work with.

Bob came at the time he said he would, replaced the hose, which meant a lot of climbing behind the dryer which is up on a platform. This is the second time he has been to my house, and I would certainly use him again. Bob is courteous, friendly, polite and extremely efficient. He had given me a 'phone estimate and that's exactly what I was charged!

The office was always quick to respond with scheduling calls and the estimator and workman were curteous and did a fine job.

VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its amazing that it takes a total of 6 guys and 3 weeks to get a freaking mirror cut and installed correctly. Glass Doctor in itself is a great company and they do a proffessional job, but unfourtantely for every company its the men and women that are in the publics eye that make or break a company. I personally have dealt with the glass doctor for over a year now, and up until now everything that I have had done was done professionally and on time. But this time around the service people they sent out were inexperienced, did not know their products (was quoted for the wrong mirror type therefore major sticker shock when all was said and done), did not come prepared for the job (every time someone came out I had to provide them with a level, measuring tape, stepstool, etc.) and generally did not seem they were trained properly for the job they were sent out to do. The only guys that knew what the heck they were doing were tim williams & ben etue the final guys here, they came prepared and they made me feel confident, Lesson to be learned glass doctor 1.train your guys before you send them out in the field or at the very least send a sr tech to go with them. 2. teach your guys to always be prepared for anything keep vans stocked and ready for work everyday 3. if you send guys out in teams get guys that work together well like Tim & Ben they worked well together and it made the job go smoother, the guys previously were like two old ladys not something customers want to see. And always remember the guys in the field are who represent you and build your reputation. Yes I will continue to use glass doctor in the future but I will only ask for Tim or Ben to come out so that I can make sure that everything will be done correct from the beginning.

I think is spent about $50 on the job. I made a quick call and found out that they could do it and took it to them and it went really well. I priced them and it seemed reasonable and it only took about half an hour to complete it. It was very painless they were very courteous and professional. I would use them again in the future.

He gave me a quote over the phone. He did everything without me even being there. I was able to have him meet the tenant at his place. He even gave his cell phone to the tenant to talk to me so that I could verify that everything was done correctly. He made the tenant sign an authorization form that the work was done. He took my credit card number over the phone. He also emailed me and faxed me the quote, the work order, and a receipt. I was very happy with him.

They did a good job with the scheduling. They had called me ahead of time. They were quick, very efficient, and did a great job.

The estimate was prompt, they ordered the window that I needed so that no siding work had to be done. The installation went smoothly and the price seemed reasonable. All in all it was a good experience.
