Full House Movers

This company is not forthright with their customers. They provide sight unseen estimates (over the phone) and do not follow up or through after the initial estimate has been provided. They low ball their estimate based on local competitors, only to later increase their costs after their movers arrive and begin loading the truck. In our experience, they presented us with an on-site revised estimate that was $7,500 higher than their original estimate. During the move process, which took one day instead of two, they laid no floor coverings down, did significant damage to our hardwood floors (without telling us), and left our house in a mess. When we called to report what had happened, which included showing photos of the damage, we had their customer service department tell us that their Operations Manager was "too busy" to call us back about our concerns. After repeated attempts to reach the Operations Manager, she had no knowledge of the incidents, apologized for everything, and told us we'd be hearing from our the management team. Her immediate suggestion was to provide us with a free house cleaning. Our belongings are currently sitting in a warehouse in Washington and we are being charged monthly. The invoice even includes a threat for a late fee if it's not paid within five days. To date, we've heard nothing. The group out of Auburn Washington is not to be trusted.

The entire team was incredibly helpful and made the entire process stress-free. From the moment I first contacted Full House Movers, I was impressed with their level of customer service. They were responsive to my questions and concerns, and they took the time to understand my needs. On the day of the move, the movers arrived on time and were very efficient. They carefully packed and loaded all of my belongings, and they took great care to protect them during the move. The movers were also very respectful of my home and belongings. I would highly recommend Full House Movers to anyone looking for a professional and reliable moving company. They treated me like family, and I felt completely comfortable entrusting them with my belongings. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

They where everything I wanted and more everything I could ever ask for and more so please every one go to this place they are great and they have great customer service I love it alot so go as soon as possible do it now.

I wish I could give zero stars. Movers packed all of our belongings onto a truck and then told us it would be 50% more than the quoted price for a cross-country move. We waited almost a month to receive our belongings, to have a moving truck (not their truck) show up at our location with only a driver and zero team mates for delivery. This company totes that they are not a brokerage, but they most def. are. They hired a different company to move our belongings and no team to move us in. We even had broken items, which we paid for them to specifically pack which they will now not pay for the replacement of. We could have saved the money, packed them ourselves and hoped for the best. It's a whole racket. Stay far away.

I was very pleased with full house movers, I had a deadline that needed to be reached at a certain date and they got me moved and out 2 days early...never doubted they couldn't do one second. Very affordable and very friendly.

Those guys wrapped my whole house and belongings up with lightening speed. I couldn't have found a better company. They moved everything according to exactly how I instructed them to and we're very careful not to break anything. Full House Movers comes highly recommended

Under no circumstances should you use Full House Movers. TLDR: They lost 2 boxes with all of my clothing and took no accountability (even though it turns out it was just in the warehouse) and would rather con you through the claims process than pay you for what they have broken. I used Full House Movers to move from on the recommendation of a friend, however I should have trusted the online reviews. Even from the pick-up stage, the movers were rude and criticized our packing even though they gave us no instructions on how we were supposed to pack. Then in the receiving phase, the movers demanded $400 in cash and refused to move the furniture even though I had a receipt that showed clearly we had paid. The moving company would not respond to any phone calls or emails during working hours while this was happening. After 2 HOURS, which went like a game of chicken, the movers finally did their job. That is until I realized they had lost two gigantic boxes filled with all of my clothes, worth thousands of dollars. I contacted the company, which in over a week, did nothing but refer me to claims. It took me tracking down the specific movers for another week straight to figure out the boxes were simply still in the warehouse. I paid the movers individually to have it returned. This moving company has no respect for you and your stuff. Find another moving company if you care about saving money, retaining your belongings, and not wasting your time doing their job for them.

Do not use this company! They bait you with a low quote and then double it once all your stuff is on the truck. They subcontract your move out to other moving companies that do not care about your stuff. Most of our stuff is broken scratched or dented they had my gun safe upside down in the moving truck shuffling it across the floor and that's just one of the many instances where they were completely careless with our stuff. They also split up our delivery into two deliveries without telling us we had to call multiple times just to figure out that they still had stuff in the warehouse and they hadn't actually stolen it. They charged us extra to deliver the stuff to the new house and then they tried to charge us extra again for the second delivery. Check the better Business bureau website before contracting this company to move your stuff. They have also denied our claim to reimburse us for our broken stuff.

Called about moving services as im relocating. They answered all my questions about the costs and what was inclused.

I needed my 3 bedroom home moved a state away, a friend recommended them so I gave it a shot. I was very pleased with full house movers, they were on time and very professional. Handled my belongings with care!

I had an amazing experience with the packers - they did an outstanding job. I'm having difficulty getting ballpark information on when the truck will arrive all the way across the country. They tell me that arrival information can't be shared until the truck is loaded?? Surely you will have to schedule a driver in advance of a 3000-mile journey. I am giving an average rating for now and will adjust this rating up or down depending on how the rest of the move goes.
