Fantastic experience from start to finish.

The countertops are beautiful. They did an excellent job. The price was very competitive and reasonable. This company was really wonderful to work with. After the work was done, I had a few issues and they were incredibly responsive with these issues. I had a few water spots and they came out and cleaned up those spots at no additional charge. I have no complaints about this company; I've used them several times. I'm satisfied with their services and I would recommend them.

They were very good. I picked out the piece and they measured and installed it. I also have a friend who had a great experience as well.

Easily the best granite installers in the area. Their prices are better than almost all full service shops, but is it possible to find cheaper prefabricated counter tops. I did not use them for my latest job because their bid was higher that the company providing prefabricated counter tops. But the Fine Line quality was a lot better than that of the prefabricated counter tops. Fine Line is also better at repairing minor problems with the granite counter tops.

See above. I think that Fineline has a fabulous showroom and excellent products. We also purchased our sink and facet there. Our tile guy accidentally put a small chip on the back edge and they came and did a repair quickly and flawlessly. Also the seams on the counter are nearly invisible which is something to be said after seeing other people's granite counter tops.

They were outstanding. They were very highly rated on the list and I feel that they lived up to that.

It went extremely well and we love the results. 3 days of being in tormoil was time well spent with people that I found trustworthy.

Went well, however, we were misinformed about corbles (quantity and type) that we needed to purchase. After we purchased them, they (Fine Line) informed us that they would not work. We ended up returning them. Ultimately, Fine Line supplied and installed the needed corbles, but this was an additional charge. The backsplash removal left a gaping hole, which they repaired with new sheetrock. After installation they also returned to touch up some imperfections with the granite. In the end we were very pleased with the updated kitchen. They did a very nice job with the seams.

The purchase was done through Home Depot, with Fineline as their contracted countertop installer. They did come out for the measurement, but on the day of installation failed to show up during the allotted 3 hour time. They left a message and rescheduled for the next day with a new 3 hour window and failed to show up with no phone calls as to why. Only use these guys if you have all the time in the world to wait around for them day after day after day.

3-steps: someone came to make the template, then a team came to remove the old granite tile counters--very fast and efficient. Cleaned up everything. Next day 2-man team came to install. Excellent job--couldn't be happier.Seams are awesome!

A person came out and took the measurements and then the installers came in and did a very good job. They were polite, prompt and I had no problem with them.

I hired Fine Line because they came recommended. I hired them to fix a problem that was left by another granite company. My main concern for hiring them was that I wanted prompt customer service done by knowledgeable employees and that's what I got. I would absolutely use them again.

I really liked their countertops they provided me for my kitchen remodel. I was impressed with the installation; you can't even see the seams. They managed to make the product so I would have the least amount of seams on the countertops.

This company is the Costco provider in our area. They were able to do an estimate in a reasonable time frame. In addition to samples carried by the estimator they have a large showroom to examine slabs of product and large squares are available for checkout. Once we decided to go with this contractor we set up a time frame for the job. It was to be completed over three consecutive days; day one tear out, day two install of countertop and undermount sink, day three plumbing and reinstall cook top. The job was delayed twice because the particular product we chose did not show up on their order from the manufacturer. It arrived on the third time, and installation was completed over three days exactly as scheduled. All of the installers were professional and extremely careful not to damage existing cabinetry. We are very pleased with the job and would recommend this company to anyone.

Great, fast work, clean; personable.

I visited a home improvement store and selected Corian countertops. the store uses Fine Line Pacific for Corian. A template was promptly scheduled and an installation date at the same time. For both appointments the workers arrived on time. The installation was performed in a professional manner, with great care taken to avoid a mess and all materials removed at the end of the job. Despite a language barrier, the installer was friendly and responsive.

The Fine Line representative would not discuss an estimate with me, she said "we are a wholesaler and only work with contractors." Then she showed me the various granite slabs in their showrooms and walked away to help someone else. It was a waste of my time and gas to go to their showroom.

They were very punctual and very responsive. We have a little problem with our faucet so they let us know they will come look at it even if it wasn't their fault. They are quick and clean and very professional.

They did a good job and I am happy with the work they did. I choose a type of granite but when I went back a couple of weeks later I choose another block of granite that looked better. Because the work wasn't started yet, there was no problem with switching. Their prices were good; I was very satisfied with it. They did a beautiful job. Coral was the sales representative. She came to my house several times and gave me advice. She was a wonderful person to work with as a representative of the company. I would use them again in the future.

We contacted this company through Costco. Coral from Fine Line Pacific contacted us to do the estimate on our granite countertops for our kitchen and gave us a time for the estimate. She was very professional and showed us the different options for granite and all the different edges that were available for the edging. We signed a contract with her that night and she explained all the steps in the installation process. We were given a date for the templating and installation of the granite. We were waiting for a special order window from a different company which was delayed several times and we had to change the installation date each time. Fine Line Pacific was always very accommodating to our changes. When we did finally give them a correct date they gave us a time for the templating and installation and they showed up exactly when they said they would with out any changes. After the granite was installed their plumber reconnected all the kitchen plumbing. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism of the entire crew from Fine Line Pacific. They always explained everything they would be doing and they showed up at the times they said they would be there. They always cleaned up after themselves. I wish I could find more companies with the level of professionalism that Fine Line Pacific exhibits.

Our contractor (Method Finish Carpentry) encouraged them to fabricate with very few seams, which they did. The counter-top fit perfectly and you can hardly see the seams. The installers were really nice, even though they got to the house very late due to an earlier job running over time. They worked very hard but got it all right despite the late hour. They really know what they are doing.

Very well. The rep made an appointment and was on time. She explained the process clearly. The sales pitch was low-key. We did have to go to Kent to approve our "bundle", but that turned out well, as we ended up choosing a different color. Appointments were made for doing the template -- without first removing our existing countertops, which distinguished this company. Exactly 2 weeks later, as anticipated, they did a 3-day process: removed existing countertops and sinks on day 1; installed new countertops and under-mounted sink on day 2; completed all plumbing and checked for leaks on day 3. Appointments were made for OUR convenience regarding the time of day, not theirs. All workers introduced themselves, explained what they would do, did the work quickly and quietly, and cleaned up after themselves, leaving everything tidy and neat.

I am very happy with the quality of work. The company has been great to work with. The seams are almost invisible. They minimized the number of seams. We only have 3 seems. 2 are under the cook-top and our counter top is very large. This was a very good experience from start to finish. Very good selection of colors, fast turnaround, fair price for the excellent quality.

Everyone from the first contact was fabulous. Coral was so helpful and patient. The people in the office, template maker, installers; everyone was so professional and kind. Their workmanship is fabulous and we continue to walk into our kitchen and just stare at our new quartz countertops in amazement. I highly recommend Fineline. They operate like a finely tuned instrument.
