Very smooth service throughout.

They have a great showroom and show you all types of materials for the countertops. They did everything we asked for. They had no delays and they were on time. Everything was perfect, I am very happy with them.

The installer cut the cabinets and left some gaps at the walls and at the edges of the cabinets. They did a very poor job. When I asked them to correct the work they just walked away. They are the lowest form of contractor and I wouldn t recommend them for the life of me.

We joined Angie s List after we contracted with them, and despite the successes others have had with them, we did not have that experience. The estimator provided a very good quote for us, but the fabricators would not budge on cutting the countertop for our island as one piece (without seams), providing a flush-edge condition, square inside corners, and minimizing the number of seams around the perimeter. Fine Line Pacific wanted to introduce four seams/joints into countertop surface where we were able to have only one with the company we proceeded with for example. My issue with that is that it introduces more maintenance later on for us, plus they would be unsightly.

Because they were out of stock on the color we ordered, we had to make a couple extra trips to the factory to approve the batch for our top, a minor inconvenience because of the long drive, but we were very pleased with the service and the employees who came to our house. After the countertop was installed, we found we needed an addition hole drilled for an air gap for the dishwasher. We called, and within a few day they sent someone out to do it.

The 2 man crew arrived as promised and completed the job in one day. I would have preferred a third man to help steady the huge slab as they positioned it into place but everything went well. They cleaned up after themselves and I'm very pleased with the appearance. We did the demo and re-installation of plumbing and stovetop ourselves which shaved a little over $1200 off the total price.

We met several times with our designer/salesperson, Lisa. Once we made our choice of stone, we picked the date of installation. Lisa was very accommodating to our schedule. Just prior to the start of work, we went to the Fine Line store to approve our bundle, the actual stone that would be installed in our house. Over the two and a half days, the kitchen was torn down and rebuilt with the new countertops. We were very pleased with the detail work done by the installers. It was obvious we had a perfectionist working for us who took great pride in his work. We were very happy with the results and our finished countertops.

I purchased through Costco and Coral was my FineLine salesperson. She arrived on-time and followed through on all details related to my purchase. All appointments were scheduled through Emily. The template maker, installer and plumber arrived on time and were very professional. All calls for final scheduling with Emily and in route calls from installers, etc. were exactly as promised. I had a post installation matter (adjust one piece of granite) that I wanted to have fixed and it was taken care of promptly with no questions asked - the followup person for this was especially meticulous and wanted my job to be perfect. I was originally to have a stove un-installed and installed as part of my job. I called after the counter was installed to ask about a refund for those charges and received my refund check in the mail within 2 days. These folks are very well organized.

They have a great price. They have great service, from the customer service I received over the phone, to the template person, to the install crew. A day after the counter was installed, my plumber told me I needed another hole drilled in the counter for my kitchen faucet. Dan, the installer, offered to come over and take care of it at no charge, on his own time. I rarely see that kind of customer service anymore. I would highly recommend them to others.

WORKED WITH SALESPERSON,CORAL, TO SELECT COLOR. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND OFFERED MUCH ADVICE. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND EXPLAINED THEIR WORK AND FOLLOW UP. THERE WAS A MIX UP IN THEIR TIME TO SHOW UP FOR THE INSTALL, BUT IT STILL TOOK PLACE ON THE SAME DAY.

EVERYONE WE DEALT WITH ON THIS JOB, FROM START TO FINISH, WAS EXCELLENT. WE WOULD, AND WILL, USE THEM AGAIN.

THE INSTALLATION WAS VERY GOOD AND INSTALLER WAS VERY GOOD AT HIS WORK. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF INSTALLING IN A TIMELY MANNER. WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN FOR FURTHER PROJECTS.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE OVERALL. POINT PERSON AT CO VERY HELPFUL. THEY PUSHED THE DATE FORWARD TO INSTALL TO ACCOMMODATE THE REST OF MY RENOVATION. ON TIME TEMPLATE CUTTING AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE INSTALLERS WHO GAVE ME A LESSON ON HOW TO MAINTAIN AND PRESERVE THE GRANITE.

FINE LINE PACIFIC DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING QUARTZ (STONE) COUNTERTOP WITH L AND SINK CUTS SO THAT THERE WAS A SINGLE SEAM, THAT WAS INSTALLED SO IT IS ALMOST INVISIBLE. WORKERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS.

FINE LINE PACIFIC SET UP DATE TO MEASURE FOR COUNTERS TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WAS VERY EFFICIENT THEN 10 DAYS LATER THEY SHOWED UP TO INSTALL COUNTERS TWO GENTLEMEN CAME THEY HAD COUNTERS INSTALLED IN 2 HOURS THEY DID A GREAT JOB
