We are generally happy with the company's work, and we feel as though we received a good value for the amount that we paid.

Andrey was recommended to us by Discount Tile Outlet in Bellevue, from where we purchased our tiles. He was very professional and provided a categorized estimate of the job, which meant we knew exactly what each item (like demo, install etc) costed. He also quoted less number of days than what was quoted by some other contractors that were recommended to us. He provided all the signed paperwork before the job begun. We had to reschedule the job however, because the tiles that we had ordered was delayed. Andrey was very patient and helpful in scheduling us on the earliest available date. The job was actually performed by a crew in Andrey's team. He arrived on time and immediately went to work. He did a very good job of installing the tiles. One caveat is that he did not speak very good english, so it was a little bit difficult to to commuincate with him (but not too hard!!). Plus that meant that he was less "chatty" and spent more time doing the actual work. Overall it took 2 days for the job to complete, as quoted. Also on the final day, Andrey came and inspected the job to ensure that it was of good quality. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. Before leaving, the installer also gave us specific instructions on how to take care of the tiles until the grout and the thinset had hardned. Overall it was a good experience. I would recommend Five Star flooring.

George contacted me the same day, gave me a quote on the phone and sent a tile guy out to do the job the next day. Now that's service! Andre, the tile guy, did an incredible job surfacing an area that I was not skilled enough to do. On time, efficient and beautiful workmanship. Andre isa gifted craftsman. George came by during the install to meet me and see the work. Again, can't ask for more than this kind of service/follow up. I was impressed that neither George or Andre pressured me into hiring them to complete my tile work that was in progress/incomplete and adjacent to the area that I hired them to do for me. RESPECT. It is a pleasure to find this level of professionalism.
