Description of Work: My laptop MacBook Pro was running the internet slowly compared to my desktop iMac, and the Fast-Tek tech tested and reset it; set me up to network my two computers; could not recover data from a damaged SD disk, but gave a suggestion for another resource. |I really appreciated the work done as I requested, and the information shared on how to check on things myself. I was very satisfied with the service and the price (which I don't recall at the moment).

We couldn't log on to our computer one morning and so we called Don at Fastteks and he came that morning! He was efficient and knowledgible and within no time our problem was solved. We have used them in the past and they have set up our office for networking our office computers. They are our "go to" company for all our computer needs. I highly recommend them!

I DIDN'T KNOW ANY THING ABOUT HIM; RATINGS, ETC. GOT ANOTHER TECH WHO FIXED IT.A COUPLE DAYS LATER WHO GOT EVERYTHING WORKING PERFECT
Description of Work: Zi SAW HIM LISTED IN DOWNTOWN KENT. wINDOWS HAD SUDDENLY QUIT WORKING IN THE MIDDLE OF A PROJECT. i CALLED HIM TO SEE IF HE COULD FIX IT RIGHT AWAY. HE CAME RIGHT UP, GOT WINDOWS WORKING BUT HE MUCKED UP MY PROJECT; IT JUST DISAPPEARED. THEN I FOUND I COULDN'T OPEN ANY OF MY FILES OR PICTURES.;EMAIL ADDRESSES, PASSWORDS ETC. THIS I DISCOVERED AFTER HE LEFT.I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER TECHNICIAN TO FIX IT A COUPLE DAYS LATER.

Response from Fast-teks On-Site Computer Services
This is the first time I have seen this report. I am a little confused by it and am wondering if the customer mixed us up with the other service. I researched our records and show that a technician was there on 6/20 and not 6/17 as stated in the report. The call description entered by our call center representative is as follows word for word: "The client unplugged the computer from the printer, and now she needs help setting them back up. The computer is not running slow, and has a normal fast boot up. The client does not back up the data, and has one computer. She is not sure if she has an antivirus, and is interested in getting one if necessary." The invoice (000427) states the technician checked and tested the printer. In addition, the technician installed antivirus for the customer. And to top it off the customer is a member, which means she receives discounted services from us. We will be contacting the customer. The information in the report clearly does not match up. What steps can I take to correct this? I can provide supporting documentation for everything I have said. Sincerely, Fast-teks 253-269-6800
