+ 1 moreAs with everyone else it seems, he tool money in advance, and then disappeared. He did do 1/2 the job although it took 2 weeks for that, and he said it would be a 3 day job. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. Check him out on L&I's website to see judgments against him and his family.
Description of Work: WARNING !!! RIP OFF !!! This guy goes under several different company names both in his name Samiuela Vaka, his wife's, Tipola Vaka, and his buddy Mafi Sailiata who is licensed under F & M Concrete Construction (although license is suspended). He has ripped off everyone. Different company names he has used: Extreme Concrete Construction, Master Concrete Construction, Jogan Concrete, Leilani Concrete, F & M Concrete Construction. He currently has an ad in Craigslist under CONCRETE PRO. His phone number is 206-355-4083.

+ 0 moreBad experience. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY Samiuel Vaka who has opened and closed several different companies. Check L&I website to see claims against him. Extreme Concrete is just another company in his wife's name. Same guys, same scam.
Description of Work: I hired F&M Concrete Construction, aka Samiuela Vaka, aka Extreme Concrete (in his wife's name Tipola Vaka) aka Leilani Concrete, aka Jogan Construction to form & pour driveway & ashpalt driveway apron - he said a 3 day job. After 2 weeks I still could not get him to finish and hired another company for the asphalt apron. However, he'd already taken an additional $500. payment from me to go pick up the asphalt, but disappeared and never came back.

+ -1 moreOwner represented company well, has active license. Knowledgeable about concrete, had lots of good ideas. We paid half up front ($3250) as agreed in the contract. Owner never showed up when promised. Started prep work after many phone calls to him. Owner then asked for more money to get supplies after only one day of work. Used old wood and supplies to do job. Claimed he didn't have enough money for rebar despite paying him $3250. Still waiting for him to come and place gravel and rebar. Not optimistic he will show up.
Description of Work: Estimate given, contract written and signed for patio and walkway to be poured.

+ 0 moreI paid them half down and he asked for another $1000. He ruined my property and only did 1/4 of the work. I will be suing him for damages and hopefully get my money back. I would discourage anyone from using him. His license was revoked.
