Very great experience. Fair price, great quality work and easy to work with. I sent some pictures, got a quick text about the project, then they called to confirm details and sent an estimate. I picked them and a day later they scheduled to do the work in a week. Man came on time, the agreed day, quickly for everything done and it looks great. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Eduardo came on time and was very professional and respectful in his approach. He observed what was needed to be done and clearly walked me thru it. He explained what was covered in his quote and what was not (like parts that needed to be purchased), and when the job was done, it was perfect. It was a kitchen drawer and we have never had to use this much less force to open it. The reason I am giving him a 5 start review is because I had another cabinet door that was not closing fully. He fixed it and also fixed another door that had similar issue.

Eduardo and Isabel are amazing! Eduardo is incredibly professional and does really beautiful work. We love working with them. We initially hired them for flooring and baseboards on our 3rd floor. Eventually, we hired them to do all the flooring in our house, the baseboards, installation of our kitchen cabinets, our kitchen hardware, installation of new doors, a mantle, and installation of open shelving with installation of under cabinet lighting. Eduardo is one of our favorite trades to work with!

Eduardo did a fantastic job painting and installing baseboards in our small space. Super professional and a great problem solver, Isabel and Eduardo are a great team to have on your side for finish carpentry jobs. Have hired him to do other finish carpentry in our home, and would highly recommend him for any future jobs!

They were really willing to work with when our new cabinets were not delivered on time. I would recommend them to others and will use them again.

We are huge fans of Evergreen. We hired them to take on demo, floor installation, cabinet assembly, finish-carpentry, and wall paneling in our kitchen, and we are thrilled with the results. Eduardo is an incredibly talented craftsman who manages to balance speed, quality, and value. Throughout the entire process (from onsite inspection, quote, scheduling, and build), we felt in the loop and cared for by he and Isabel. This engagement marks the first formal contractor we've hired, and we were nervous going into things, with all the horror stories you hear. We experienced none of these horrors, and were blown away with the quality and speed of work, and the attention to detail. The team was prompt, courteous, thoughtful, and thorough throughout our engagement, and they were exceedingly understanding and flexible with us and our scheduling needs (as we needed to delay some final days due to delays on materials). I will let you know that my new hero is Eduardo. Eduardo came to my house and within 2.5 hours he had completely gutted my 9' X 9' kitchen. He did not replace the floor. Within the next 6 hrs he had installed new cabinets and new appliances. New countertops were done by another company. Dario showed up for a couple of hours in the afternoon to help start the upper cabinets. Eduardo was very friendly and kept me aware of the process as he went along. He was very conscientious and efficient, he cleaned up after himself as he changed tasks. I would recommend Evergreen Construction for whatever construction project you might have. The whole process was as pleasant and un-stressful as a job of this sort can be. Thank you Eduardo and I will let you know when I'm ready to remodel my bathroom.

If there was an option for 10 stars. I would give them that. For any interior house renovation work, look no further. Eduardo was so knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Eduardo installed all our new kitchen cabinets in less than two days. He did an extremely good job and got all the cabinets to fit perfectly in our 105-year-old house. We're very happy with the workmanship and very nice guy to talk with about any installation issues. We will have him come back to install another set of cabinets in our remodeled dining room.

I hired ECR to install interior trim, interior doors and fix an interior door. They were on time, prepared and finished on time. I appreciate details like adjusting one of the doors to ensure a consistent look throughout the house. The customer service was great and the price was fair. I would have given 5 stars but I noticed afterwards the edge of new window trim didn’t match the rest of the trim in the house. ECR left the edge squared off instead of rounding it off.

Eduardo is highly skilled and I cannot say enough good things about the quality of his work and attention to detail. He installed my cabinetry in record time and an upmost degree of precision, also carefully coordinating next steps and transparently setting expectations, communicating progress, and creatively dealing with challenges as they arose. Evergreen's business administrator, Isabel, was also a delight to work with and I look forward to more projects with them in the future!

Eduardo did a great job in repurposing the cabinet housing the wall oven and microwave in my kitchen. He creatively widened the cabinet to accommodate the 30" ovens, thus avoiding the waste of demo on the original cabinet. Besides saving money, the idea saved the planet a wee bit of rubble. His work was spot on. He even made an additional trip without charge to attach a metal finishing strip LG left out of the shipping box and had to be special ordered. I am so pleased with the work he did and was delighted to have the job completed in time for me to host Christmas dinner.

Such a great company--Eduardo delivered every project with such expertise and efficiency. Isabel- administrator communicated all steps and we were in touch every step . Eduardo did beautiful work and clean up- didn't know he had been there- except for beautiful work. I have never had a better experience in the many projects over the years.....absolutely the most competent contractor I have ever worked with !!!!! I highly recommend this company that Isabel and Eduardo created- truly wonderful work and wonderful people!! I look forward to my next projects with them . Job was completed ahead of schedule- cost- time and result- the best results and finished project- so happy! Look forward to working with them in April.

He was very responsive with detailed pricing. I was looking for somebody who does gas, electrical and other remodeling activities but he did not offer those. I would recommend him for kit hen installation.

I can't say enough good things about Eduardo's work! He removed the old soffits and cabinets, built new kitchen cabinets for me, repurposed some of the old ones, added new crown moldings and a beautiful beadboard ceiling and wainscoting, tiled the kitchen backsplash, built a window seat with storage in the dining room, and installed a new vent hood. Thanks to him I have my dream kitchen! He is very meticulous, listened to what I needed and made creative suggestions, was responsible, tidy and reliable in his work. Eduardo is a joy to work with and I highly recommend him.

Evergreen Construction rescued me after we bought new IKEA cabinets then discovered that IKEA's Renton-based installers won't come out to our place in Redmond. Evergreen was the only company I could find that was familiar with IKEA installs, and they have been 100% professional from beginning to end! We've had a bunch of changes and delays due to our own decisions and supply chain problems, and Eduardo has been very flexible and easy to work with. He is so clever, creative in problem-solving and resourceful! When tiny things weren't just right, he didn't make excuses, but instead made coming by to fix them a top priority. He is incredibly friendly - all of our other subs have loved meeting and coordinating with him. He is focused and hard-working, but at the same is patient in explaining his thinking, and is a great teacher when needing to explain something, as well. We thought we were getting someone who simply installs cabinets, but Eduardo is an extremely skilled all-around contractor and a really, really good human being. We have come to trust him completely - we have zero concerns about having him here to work when we are not home or out of town. This week we had several complications due to my own mistakes in scheduling all the different projects involved in a full kitchen remodel (it started out as simply an "update" lol), and Eduardo came by yesterday to talk us through how to make everything work. And he brought materials with him to solve one of our big problems, so that everything will be ready for our countertop install and the plumbers to come back right after that. He resolved everything for us...even helping me with my Spanish so that I can communicate a couple of tricky things to our hardwood floor installers this morning! My husband and I feel incredibly lucky to have discovered Evergreen Construction & Renovations when we were desperate to find someone to install our beautiful new cabinets! We'd recommend him to anyone...and we'll definitely hire him again!

Eduardo installed custom craftsman-style window moldings in several rooms throughout the home. He also installed a barn door in the kitchen. We are very pleased with his work and work ethic. Eduardo was on time, worked quickly, and still provided a quality product. He was very conscientious and respectful. A true professional.

We had trim restored in our basement after a flood. Quick and easy quote process, good communication when discussing options. Eduardo (our contractor) was very responsive and communicative leading up to the job. The only issue that came up was that the material cost was significantly more than what was quoted.Luckily this was still within our budget and still a decent overall quote, but we didn’t find out about it until the morning of the job. No matter, excess material at the end of the job was returned and we were comped only for the final total price of material. Overall i would (probably will) call Evergreen again for future work and would recommend them.

So glad I found them! I've had them to my house twice for custom cabinet/closet and various other interior projects that were piling up for me. What a relief! Eduardo is conscientious, hardworking, fast, nice and professional. I've been very happy with the various projects he has done for me and I'm having him back again in a few weeks to do more. I've been hiring various contractors to help me over the last several years and always have to worry about how the completed project will turn out. Eduardo has exceeded my expectations both times so far. Highly, highly recommend.
