Description of Work: We recently sold our house and wanted to have carpets cleaned prior to turning over the home- also we wanted our new home cleaned prior to moving in. They came and did both homes with great results, even explained about carpet quality and care for better long lasting result. Then a friend of mine stopped by as the technician was finishing and asked if he would mind stopping by to do a spot clean on his carpet, he gladly went and did this third job! We LOVE our result and couldn't be happier with this company! Will only use them from now on- REALLY great!

The company who had sold me the carpet stretching/cleaning job 'forgot' that they had scheduled appointments on 9/18 and 9/20.I only found out that they had forgotten me after repeated calls to them the day before they were to start. They called DK Carpet Cleaning and they was able to come on 9/20. He showed up on time (or maybe even a little early!), was upbeat and easy to work with, and did a fabulous job! I will call then for all my carpet needs in the future!!
