Mateo and Erik are very knowledgeable and personable; they thoroughly explained all of the aspects, parts and stages of the process so that we were clear on how to proceed.

Overall great experience! They installed 27 windows in under two days! A few nails left over and a few smudges, but nothing too extreme. Can notice the difference (positive) already from our former aluminum windows, especially how our house doesn't heat up on these hot days!

The crews that completed the roofing replacement were great to work with. They did a great job.

The actual installers were great! Worked very hard and cleaned up as they went. They kept checking in and showing my husband areas of repair and why. Salesperson was good, however, needs to explain that it is a roofing "package" that you are purchasing. Scheduler, not good. We were to get 1 to 2 day notice of material delivery and actual roofing installation; both instances the scheduler called letting us know that material would be delivered "today"; they were already on sight at 7:30 am. Next were the installers, call telling us that they would be here "today"; they were already here at 7:40 am.

This company uses the best materials, seems to offer the best warranty in the business for asphalt shingles and the contractors who actually do the work are top shelf.

Just one thing they need to know where the actual attic is, sloped roofs don't, mean attic space. houses do have inside high ceilings.

The Company phone system need works hard to get hold of a person

They did a great job, cleaned up all the debris installed extra roof vents. Overall an outstanding job. The only negative was communicating with the workers, they spoke no English!

I have to say I am very pleased with both the sales staff (Paul & John) and the roofing crew (headed by Alex). I went with the 50 year roof due to the high winds and rain we get in this area. I would recommend Reve Exteriors to anyone looking to replace their roof.

Everything went great. The only problem was getting the windows cleaned when all was finished. We were told the windows would be cleaned when everything was finished and for the price we paid we assumed they would be done perfectly. They had people try but when you use a small cloth and window spray to clean twenty windows not much good comes of it. But within the week Nichole Lyle, the project manager, came out; she fixed the problem and did an outstanding job on washing the windows.

This review is for sales. I just bought a 1923 little house in November and rather than having the 3-5 yrs left on the roof, problems became apparent over the winter that meant getting it done this year. I wanted a high quality 50-yr roof on the theory that getting it done right once is cheaper in the long run than doing a 20 yr roof several times over. Which is why I'd hoped to have more time to save up. But getting the quality out here and with financing turned out to be a challenge. I was surprised when someone knocked on my door selling roofs. As a single woman I am not really receptive to that approach, but I decided to set up the appointment to hear Colin and John out. The sales pitch was very slick, not a fan of the sign-right-now pressure, but asking around among friends it seems that GAF and their Golden Pledge warranty are the real deal and not just a sales gimmick. How refreshing! It's so rare to encounter an honest salesman! I was able to finance at a reasonable rate, so so far I think this is a good deal. Whether it's worth all five stars has to wait until after the install.

Today is our estimate for a roofing replacement. After talking at length with the sales person John Chappell, we decided to sign a contract! John is the consummate professional. He spent the time other estimators didn't. He explained the entire process and showed us samples of the products to be used and to bring our roof up to code after severe wind damage. We were impressed with his knowledge and willingness to answer our questions and concerns. Reve is not the highest nor the lowest estimate we've received for our project but it was Johns personality and his loyalty to the Reve Company and the GAF Timberline products that sold us on REVE. Keegan and Cole came to my home to give me an estimate. They were on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. They climbed up on the roof took pictures, looked in the attic. They showed me pictures of the roof problems and patiently went over all the steps that were needed to replace the roof. They took there time explaining the roofing options and financing options. I ended up hiring them and will be getting a new roof in 3 to 5 weeks.

Reve Exteriors provided an excellent roofing experience from start to finish. Sales Representative Nicole Lyle was thorough, friendly, dedicated, and skilled in her work. Nicole helped us to understand our re-roofing needs and our options, and she assisted us in deciding the best mix of materials to get the style and kind of roof we wanted. We decided to replace our old roof with 3/4 inch plywood boards covered by Tiger Paw Deck Protection, and then covered by GAF Timberline American Harvest Lifetime Shingles in Saddlewood Ranch tone, with Stain Guard Algae Discoloration Protection. In addition, a complete drip edge was installed along the whole perimeter of roof lines. We also arranged for installation of valley metal, new flashing around the chimney and skylights, and Weather Watch mineral surface leak barrier on valleys, around skylights, chimneys, and all penetrations, and Pro Start starter strip along the perimeter of the roof lines. Finally, we arranged for installation of cap ridges and hips with Ridglass Cap Shingles, as well as a new Ridge Vent system to promote attic air circulation. The initial meeting with Nicole was on 12/10/16. We met with three other companies, and this helped us to determine that Reve would be best for us and our home. We finalized and signed the contract with Nicole on 12/23/16. All roofing materials were delivered on 1/4/17 by a careful and hard-working crew lead by Sean. Work began on Sat. 1/7/17 and is being completed today, Tuesday 1/10/17. Juan Diaz Alvarez, the Project Foreman, and his co-workers Benito, Jose, Cesar, , Jonathan, Eric, and Miguel are friendly, professional, focused, determined, and very hard-working. They persist with great energy and effort, even in the face of cold early January weather and intermittent rain on several days. You could tell that they enjoy their work, and that they work well together. The new roof looks wonderful, and, with proper care, should last for many years. Reve has the right formula, the right materials, and the right people for doing a great job building a superior roof and roofing system, on time, and within a fair budget. Reve representatives John Chappell and Joel Satterwaite did a thorough job of inspecting my roof and recommending appropriate corrective action. Reve replaced my roof, removed an unwanted roof antenna and replaced a kitchen skylight. The work began at 10 AM and was completed at 6 PM on December 30. All large pieces of construction debris were removed after completion of the work. The work looks good to me. I am awaiting the promised review by a Reve representative of the subcontractor's work and a promised referral to another contractor for the repair of the roof over my back deck. A dumpster to collect construction debris was deposited on my driveway, after prior notification, on December 28. It was initially placed where it would prevent my car from moving in and out of the garage. After I talked to the delivery driver, it was moved where it no longer blocked my car. It was removed from my driveway on January 4, at my request.

Although they touted "factory trained installers", they spoke less English than the guys in front of home depot... they did a pretty good job overall, the workmanship was just fine.

Cole LaBar and Nicole Lyle were our sales reps, and they were not only knowlegable, but they were helpful and courteous. They provide complete information on a quality product. All of our questions were clearly answered, in a very professional way.

We were so excited to talk to Paul Rhoton about our new roof-installation - since we have had a recent leak. His friendliness and genuine approach immediately won our trust. His expertise and knowledge of the product put our minds at ease. It was easy to decide that very day to have Reve Exteriors install our new roof. He knows the roof industry.
