Craig Brooks out of the development office was on time professional look professional and on a side note got a baby to go to sleep. More professional note he was very knowledgeable about his products process and even financial options. I was very surprised to see all the different things they could do out of one company. I recommend you have them to that your home if you were thinking about a window replacement. Parent Lee they also handle roofs and siding and bath replacement systems. Do you asked for Craig Brooks he is the best. I know because our pets liked him and they are a very picky judge of character!!! 🦋👍

Beautiful looking job, but I have had tub for 5 months and the door leaks so I cannot use the Jacuzzi which was the purpose of spending $23,000. Used once and second time it leaked, after two or three weeks they sent installer to repair. got one more use and now more leaks. Trying to get them to send installer for repairs is next to impossible, sounds like one installer for the whole Western Washington area. Recording on answer machine talks highly of good service and professionalism, BIG JOKE.

We hired DaBella to do an entire exterior renovation project. We wanted all new siding, all new windows, fascia, soffits, and gutters. The project was not supposed to be overly complicated. We were not overwhelmingly changing the structure of the house. The initial house call lasted almost seven hours. Due to several major complications, incorrect orders, and numerous overlooked details, installation did not actually happen until late July. At one point in the process, we were ready to cancel the entire contract with DaBella: many of the items we had been sold in the original contract were out of the scope of what their installer would do and several of the actual windows we were sold did not actually exist. We were increasingly alarmed when DaBella kept coming back to us and altering the proposed plan to the point where it was not a recognizable form of the original contract. However, the sales rep pulled in a GC that was able to work with the installers and provide us with the build-up and framing that we had initially hired DaBella to do. The actual install was pushed back several days, causing major issues with scheduling, the siding installer smoked while he worked on our property and left cigarette butts all over the yard, the window crew tore screens as they installed and left foam insulation all over the insides of the windows, not bothering to scrape them clean nicely. Five of the windows that were installed were double pane, when we had purchased triple pane windows. One window was measured incorrectly and was the wrong size by twelve inches. The siding installer did considerable damage to the roof while working on the second story of the house: the roofing contractor that was sent to fix the damage was only supposed to be at our home for an hour or so, and ended up having to replace so much of the roof that it took him the better part of a day. Many of the projects that were supposed to be done during the install were not actually communicated to the install team, and so we had to continually ask the installer ourselves to do small items (wrapping window boxes, trimming fascia, etc.) We had to manage the entire process ourselves, down to literally calling people on cell phones to translate. We had an issue with a back screen door scraping against the previous gutters, and I was assured by two DaBella employees and a representative from their installer that this would be a simple issue to fix: they would just raise the clearance level of the fascia and it would solve the problem. The fascia was measured and the gutters ordered: nobody thought to subtract the difference in the current fascia and the predicted future fascia length to be sure the raised fascia level wouldn't provide less clearance than the gutters themselves. In fact, while the installer did trim the fascia and the length of the trimmed fascia was adequate, the actual gutters were too long and the door scraped them continually. Horrible experience with DaBellas. I’ve spent $8k on a shower that leaks water everywhere. I now need to find a professional to come in and fix their work. They won’t fix it because they blame the installers they sent to my house. And I can’t get the installers to respond to any of my messages. Do not use DaBellas.

Fool me once shame on them. Fool me twice shame on me. Signed contract 5/2018 and still haven't pulled a permit to do the job yet 8/9/2018. Careful not to initial any contract where a contractor can begin their work at any date they choose. Our sales lady (Jane) told us that they would begin the project first week of July.

Work good, but went thru a bunch of BS getting it done. Had 2 sides of garage re-sided & new gutters installed - not a big job. Had to be home 3 times after the 1st measurement for them to come re-measure then NO advance notice of when the job was to be done. Came home to find supplies in driveway & message on home phone they would start the next day. This was WEEKS before the start date we were told & we hadn't cleared out the garage yet. We also weren't going to be home the next day so had to call & postpone installation since we had to clean out the garage that night & someone needed to be home to lock our 3 dogs in the house (one that bites) and unlock the gate so the guys could get to the job. The guys who did the actual work were great and the finished project fine, so you decide if you want to use this firm or not. And one more thing - they hired a perfect salesman (I've worked with salesmen for over 40 years) & he pulled the old "let me get my manager on the phone" routine when I balked at the quoted price, and his manager instantly dropped the price $2,000 to what it should have been in the first place. Again, this was my experience so you decide if you want to hire them or not. Also, both the siding and the gutters were sub-contracted out which is fine, but DaBella themselves didn't do the work.

Pay close attention to what they install - it may not be what you ordered. My spouse and I had to hire an attorney to assist in sorting out the poor work quality and cheaper product being installed versus the higher quality one we had ordered.

Love, love, love the shower. When we ordered it the lead time to install was 10 weeks, but they were able to get it installed in about 8 weeks. While installing they put there sharp etc. tools on the counter and floor and walked on etc. I was afraid of scratching the floor or the counter. Also I called the installer the next day about a black mark on the acrylic that his helper was supposed to have cleaned off. I wanted to know what to use to clean it off . And I felt that the sealer was put on in places in a sloppy manner. He did not call me back. Still don't know what to us e clean off the black mark.

They walked through what they will be doing, and once they started doing the job showed me what and how they are doing the job. I wanted old siding removed and new siding put on, I got want I wanted. With new windows and siding, my home feels so much better, and looks great

Our salesperson, Nicole, was excellent! She answered all our questions, and got us the best deal available. She followed up on the progress of our job, and stopped in to checkout the end product. Really superior customer service by Nicole! The installation crew showed up when they said they would and completed our entire job in less than 16 hours, over two days. Unlike some installers, they didn't leave us exposed with a partial roof in between days, we were always covered. They performed a very good cleanup and were accommodating to our specific preferences for the installation. I would recommend Reve to anyone looking for an excellent roofing installation experience!

The project dream started with Wyatt, the sales manager. He spent much time explaining the process, time frame from start to finish, and the materials selected by me and how long to expect the product to be made to the specifications. Wyatt is awesome! I was so impressed at the quality in the materials of my baths (x2); Contractors Paul, Emily, and Adam came out at 0800 am on a Sunday and they worked until the project was completed by 8:00 pm; they were respectful to me and my wishes and the attention to every detail was obvious; they were careful to cover the floors, and the other surfaces to avoid damage. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving my home the way it was when they arrived. The only change were the 2 beautiful shower and bath remodels. I appreciate the company's integrity and the contractors' excellent work! I am SO please I trusted REVE for my remodel project. Thank you again!!

The sales team had the most knowledge of anyone I discussed the project with and made me feel confident in the level of quality - thank you Cole LaBar and Jeremy Holcomb. The team that did the installation were professional, did quality work and were very approachable. We did have some confusion on the amount of work to be done between the sales / install teams, but Cole quickly stepped in to clarify and the work was completed with little impact on the schedule. Would recommend to others without hesitation.
