Due to the COVID-19 we are still waiting for our 5 new windows. DaBella has not answered about what is going on since Aug 14th, saying the windows are at the warehouse. Sales representative does not answer their phone. We are still waiting and the furniture curtains and pictures have been piled up away from the windows since Aug 7th , waiting until the windows are installed. Would like to hear from them.

They never respond back, don t keep you updated, didn t meet timelines.

We are very happy with this job.my wife and I were pleased with the presentation, and the quality of the materials. The price was good as well...when this crew was done we saw the value of their work. We have a very steep roof and they really worked hard...we were impressed at how well they worked together. Most of all the latest ideas in roofing were employed in our job which enabled them to give us an outstanding warrantyâ  s well. We would be glad to recommend them to anyone!

Had 4 old windows and one sliding door removed, and 4 new windows and a sliding door installed. Everything was awesome from the beginning consultation, all the way to the finished product. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking to do anything with windows or sliding doors. 10/10; A++++; amazing, awesome, professional, great price, etc.

I loved having Bella here talking to me about the company and what they offer and take care of. She is so passionate about this company that it has rubbed off on me. Which is a great thing. It makes me want to get stuff done and improve my live. I have been turned away from a couple other companies that just don't want to do the work. Its a big job and I have been waiting 10 years to find a company that wants to take care of the home I live in. I am very excited to get new windows.

The installer was slow and appeared to be incompetent. The office manager is very defensive and makes it appear it is not their fault.

Everyone was focused to doing a great job and they did, even down to the little details like our bath room fan vent. All were great from Austin who first me with us , to Cameron and Nick who handled out project. They were first Class Thank You, Don W. in Magnolia, Seattle

This is a partial review for the estimate/consultation only. It will be updated upon completion of the work. Mateo and another guy (can't remember his name!) came out and did an amazing job of walking through the house, getting measurements on my existing windows and sliding glass door, asking me what I was looking for, etc. Then there was an uber professional power point display about various options for the windows, energy efficiencies, a history about the company, explaining where the materials were coming from, warranties, you name it. Eventually we got around to talking about pricing, and Mateo/DaBella were willing to work with me to figure out a way that the project would fit my budget with the options I selected. Highly recommended!

Austin and Ohad were amazing! They were so helpful and worked so hard to get us a great deal. They were so nice and were a pleasure to do business with!

Jordan O'Farral was great at explaining the quality and the warranty of products being put on the roof. He called or texted to make sure everything was on schedule and ran smooth as possible. They workers were efficient. They finished in two days. They cleaned up everything that came off the roof and left everything like it was when they arrived. The job looks beautiful.
