This review is for the initial estimate and meeting. Paul Rhoton came to our house to give us a quote for a roofing job. He was polite and knowledgeable. He is clearly passionate about his work and the product that Reve uses. He was certainly pushing more than any of the other companies we talked to to get a sale that day. My husband and I don't generally like that kind of sales, but the product and price were certainly the best option for us. We were told that the job would happen within 2-5 weeks, and they've already gotten started. The weather kept the workers from finishing the following day. Once the roof is finished and cleanup has happened, I will return to update the review.

This review is for the initial meeting and quote. We talked with Reve Exteriors as the result of responding to an advertisement in the Sunday newspaper. Paul Rhoton and Daniel Metz from Reve Exteriors came out to talk to us about a bathroom tub/shower conversion project. Both salesmen were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were very thorough in pointing out the benefits of their products, and helped us make the best choices for our needs. We are looking forward to getting the project completed.

The "out the door" price sales pressure was a bit disappointing, however, Tay Huynh did a first-rate job of making sure we understood the product, warranty, pricing, and all that. I suspect we'll be well pleased with our roof.

This review is for the in-home appointment to learn about Reve roofing services. Paul Rhoton was the representative we worked with. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. Paul has a great sense of humor and was very polite through the whole process. We were still researching options when we first met with Paul, so we didn't sign the agreement that evening. When we called to have him return and talk more, he was happy to hear from us and agreed to return and continue the conversation. We understood going in that replacing a roof is an expensive venture, however Paul illustrated the value to us of not only replacing the roof, but of using the 3 ply product versus the 2 ply. Though the consultation process took a while, that helped us gather the information we needed to make our decision. We did sign the contract that evening and are looking forward to having the new roof installed. When that part of the process happens, I will return to update this review. Looking forward to having the final product installed and returning to write the review about that part of the process!

Paul Rhoton and Kevin Marshall who work out of the Kent, WA. office were the sales persons. Paul and Kevin are very knowledgeable about the Reve products. They gave us a complete rundown on the product and the installation procedures. They answered all questions that we had for them right off the top of their head. They took full measurements for the job, and discussed several options to be able to fit the job into our budget. Their professionalism is exemplary. As for the work quality I can not rate that as the work is not completed, but I expect it to be a 5 rating.

This review is for the initial meeting and quote. Paul Rhoton arrived on time for the meeting. He is friendly and a pleasure to work with. Paul explained the process for the meeting them he went around the house and took measurements for all the windows. During this time he explained options and materials that would be available and how the would differ from what is currently in the home. We then sat down and listened to Paul's presentation and demonstration. We ask lots of questions and Paul either had the answers or he made a call and got the answer. Before Paul left we had made a decision and had a guaranteed price and a contract in hand. The windows and entry way door should be installed in 6-8 weeks. We will update the review once the installation and cleanup are complete.

I requested a female to come to my home for a quote on replacing my roof. Nicole M. Lyle (having returned from Thailand the day before) arrived early, despite her jet lag. Nicole is knowledgeable, capable and resourceful as well as polite and unassuming. She gave a very thorough presentation of products and procedures, an estimated time line for service and all the answers that I would have received from "Chuck in the truck". By-the-book and right the first time is the attitude she presented with customer service their highest priority. She was very honest and forthright. She went into my attic and took pictures of the problems so I could see for myself. She also pointed out issues that were not done correctly during home construction and said those would also be resolved. The price was higher than others, but to have pace of mind as a single female and to know it is done correctly is priceless. Can't wait for the job to start!

Paul Rhoton came by our house to provide a bid for a window project we will be having done after the new year. We made sure to let him know that we were collecting other quotes, and would like to hold our decision on whether Reve would be right for us or not until the final bid was performed later that week. He was respectful and maintained a professional courteous demeanor the entire time. Paul brought samples of their products, to include a bisected window frame to show why Reve windows are worth more than the standard big-box home repair store quality. He explained the physics of why the contents of their multi-pane windows isolated better than the competition in the area. He didn't push us to make quick decisions, and even though it was late and he had to drive through a wall of traffic to and from our house in Silverdale, he didn't short-change the meeting. We were respectful of his space by pulling the dogs into another room when he arrived, which he thanked us for, but let us know dogs were no trouble for him. He and our son (Shaun) even hit it off; our son was entering a talent show at school to showcase his beat-boxing skills, which led to both Paul and Shaun beat-boxing for a couple minutes in the living room. When Paul listed off the various services they perform and included bathrooms, our interest was immediately peaked. The prior home owners had renovated a downstairs bath to include a huge 5 shower head walk in shower with a very... personalized tile, grout, and calk selection. We had already had some service professionals by to assess fixes for the space (its an eye-sore) and had not been impressed by their recommendations. Paul didn't skip a beat, and was quick to identify the things we didn't like about the space, and discuss solutions to maximize functionality and restore some of the downstairs storage that was removed when the giant shower was put in. After we finish our current collection of scheduled work on the house, that bathroom will be the next to be fixed with the help of Reve. In the end, Reve Exteriors Kent and their sales-person Paul offered us a great quality product at a price that was too good to pass up, and we signed papers that day. Though I offered to put money down when we signed, Paul let me know their company doesn't process down payments for at least 3 working days in case buyers have a change of heart so the company can quickly process a cancellation if the buyer so chooses. Reve`s commitment to customer service, Paul's professional attitude, their high quality windows and competitive prices are all reasons we chose Reve and will be doing so any time we need services in their portfolio in the future.

Pricey.......but goes with the old saying "you get what you pay for"! Roof replacement was completed in 2 days and clean-up was immaculate.

This is a review on sales consultant Paul Rhoton. We had initially scheduled an appointment for an inspection on a leak in our roof. We had planned to receive bids on repair work and also for a whole roof replacement. Paul was amazing! Almost immediately he made us feel at ease and it was as if we were talking to a long time friend. He was very thorough in explaining the damage and our options. The research I had done previously on roofing material and companies was right on par with Paul's knowledge of the materials and process. He answered all of our questions and thanks to his pitch we were convinced that this was the right company and the right time for us to replace our roofs. As first time homeowners it is such a relief to feel that we are in good hand. Our kids were also highly impressed with Paul's beatboxing. His professionalism, presentation and friendliness absolutely sold us on this company. When the work begins in a few weeks we will update our review for the value and on the work quality.

We are both 73. I have had three back surgeries, my partner has had a tumor removed from his brain and we were scared of having to step over the tub to enter our shower. Brody came to show us their catalog of walk in showers. He spent a lot of time with us and we selected the one we wanted. He did not attempt to up sell up at all. It took some five weeks to get the product delivered. Robby & Trent were our installers. They spread drop clothes from our front door to our bathroom. After two full days of hard work the walk in was done. Extremely friendly, very helpfull and called up into the bathroom several times to get our option of where things shoudl be placed (grab bars, etc). At one point my partner had a fall and both Robby & Trent helped me by picking him up. Great service and very friendly to boot! I can't say enough.

This is a review of the sales staff. Doug Fowler and Tay Huynh came to my home to assess my need for a new roof, and I was impressed greatly by the comprehensive attention they paid to my home and to my questions. Their quiet professionalism and persistence led me to choose their firm--I had originally only wanted a comparison bid for another roofer.

Very informative and knows all the products exceptionally well. Jo S. 5/16/16 As promised, I am here to update the original review, after the work has been completed. First of all, the crew from Alside was awesome, fast, professional and did a great job. My issue is with some of the "promises" made by Reve Exteriors. Any and all unused plywood sheets (to replace the wood rot) was to be refunded with a rebate check for the unused, as they order the maximum unsure of the extent of the damage. There were at least 6-8 sheets of unused loaded back up on the truck after job completion, and I have yet to see a rebate check, although I have asked for it to be looked into already. Also, the insulated siding is NOT tax deductible. Only siding with spray foam insulation is. The reason I chose the insulated siding (most expensive), was because it was supposed to be tax deductible. So, I don't have an issue with the work quality, and the house looks great, but ....

This is a review of their sales staff. Within five minutes after I requested a bid on-line I got a phone call from Brett. We were in the market to reolace our bath tub with a walk in shower.We set up a time for an estimate on Wednesday 11/4. Brody was here on time, and spent a good amount of time answering our questions and showing us all the options. Though the estimate was a little higher than we had hoped, we went ahead and approved the design. We prefer to work with local businesses, and we will write another review after the installation is complete.

This project was as tub/shower replacement. Material was acrylic. REVE Exteriors apparently subcontracts the actual work and the installer was Jon Kromm/Affordable Handyman Service with a partner and the workmanship was high quality. They were also very polite and eager to please. It took quite a while for the tub materials to be available for installation but I expect that that is the norm for tub/showers. The original contract was for a one day install and it ended up two days but, based on the amount of work involved, one day obviously wasn't feasible and it wasn't the installers fault. The contract had an add-on for rotten wood replacement and the total cost ended up 15% higher than estimated but it seems reasonable as an extra day of work was required of the two primary installers. Jon ended up coming back briefly on a third day to finish up a few loose ends. They also provided new wall insulation and Jon corrected a long standing electrical issue in the tub area along with associated drywall repair. We ended up with a very nice looking installation with integrated matching corner shelves, soap dish, two hand rails and a window frame. The surround material also extends all the way to the ceiling where previously it went up to a little above the shower head. Overall, happy with the job. The price ended up higher than expected but as I indicated, it seems more or less reasonable for the total package.

Kevin and Joel came to our home, they assessed all of our window and door needs, they educated us on the product and the company itself, we chose to go with their sheffield windows and sliding glass door because of the triple pane efficiency and warranty that backs the product. We enjoyed kevin and joel very much, they weren't pushy, and answered all of our questions.

Our roof has not been started yet but the customer service rep. Landon Rhea was very friendly and knowledgeable in presenting different roofing options to us. Thank you Dan and Jane Snyder

The roofing was done well with minimumal damage to the house.

Brody was very helpful in helping us make a decision to buy their product. Steve kept in contact as to installation and Bob did an excellent job installing and cleaning up. I would recommend to others.

Kept me in the loop about what was going on. Time lines etc. Great group of people to do business with.

Process to start in a couple of weeks

Paul Rhoton was very informative about the company and professionalism and pride in the performance of their crews work. He even stopped by after the work was complete to do a follow up with me. I am very pleased with the roof and they also installed a new skylight and a solar tube which is awesome. I understand why he takes pride in this company they have kept in contact with me and any questions I had. Jasmine from the Kent office was also very Informative and helpful when I had questions. All my concerns were explained or taken care of immediately. Will gladly recommend REVE Exteriors to any one.

We just was super happy with the guys and the company overall.
