My fiancé and I had our free estimate done by Mr. Josiah. He was an absolute joy to work with. His consultation was everything we needed to here and his extensive knowledge about the company and product put our minds at ease. So much so that we hired the company!

Here is my review for the service we got yesterday from Nicole. She sold the Reve ‘deal’ to us by her personality and knowledge of the product. We had four other contractors give us a bid and she was the most concise and informative of any of them. None of them described the quality of the products that they would use or the purpose of each one. They did not talk about any guarantee at all. We had been sure of our choice before she talked to us about their roofing plan but changed our minds after she gave us her discounts and estimate for the total job. None of the other contractors would do the gutters but we got them to also be included in our bid so it was no more than some of the other bids. I am so excited to be able to get our new roof done quickly. Plus, I love, love, the color of the roof that we chose. It should definitely improve the look of our house.

I found Reve Exteriors on Home Advisor. Nicole Lyle came and met with me at my home and gave me my estimate. She was great! Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Shower/tub came in just in the amount of time that I was told, installers were fantastic. They were able to install within a day and a half and I couldn't be more pleased. Cleaned up during and afterwards and you would never have even known they were there (other than the amazing new shower/tub combo they installed). Overall, my experience with Reve Exteriors was top notch. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

We would like to share our experience with Nicole Lyle and Rusty Brock of REVE Exteriors, LLC. Replacing a roof is a costly & somewhat stressful endeavor so it was important to us to have the best quality roofing materials as well as professional, well trained workers to install it. At the same time, we wanted to stay in a price range we could afford. The presentation by Nicole & Rusty was not only informative & professional, it was quite enjoyable! We were very impressed with Nicole’s knowledge of the product, we learned a great deal from her. They did a thorough job of photographing our roof including inside the attic (where we knew about some problems) and taking measurements inside & out. We were also given a discount for Ken’s military service. To sum it up, we knew we had found the right people for the job in a very short time. We even got to pick out pretty shingles to match our home at no additional expense. We are so excited to get our gorgeous new roof. Thanks so much Nicole & Rusty! ~ T&K

The roofing team did an outstanding job! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to insure we were happy with the process as well as results. They did a great job protecting our garden areas, and collaborated on design considerations on placement of our new skylight. We enjoyed talking to George's crew and they were very comfortable to have around the house. Honest and hard working, this is a team we highly reccomend,

This review is for initial estimate and first meeting of REVE representative. Nicole Lyle came to my house to give a bid she was extremely knowledgeable about her product, gave a great presentation and had all the answers to my questions. She was enthusiastic about discounts she could give me and financing that was available, also very respectful of me and my home. The roof installers were very nice and did a great job. I would recommend them.

The sales rep, Tay, did a good job of explaining the quality and services that Reve provides, and he worked hard to get a price that we could afford. He returned a few times in order to get the orders adjusted as we worked through the process, and he encouraged us as we worked with our HOA for approval. He works long hours to provide customer service at convenient times for the client. Our roof has not yet been installed, so further review will follow.

Reve was responsive from the beginning and ready to answer all my questions. The customer service representative Tay was thorough and responsive and did and excellent job

Paul Rhoton , the company rep, came to my house to estimate the cost to replace my roof. He has a lot of knowledge about the roofing industry. I did learned a lot from him. He is very flexible, and with some changes, he adjusted the situation well which gave me peace of mind. This is just the start, and I will come back give some more reviews when the roof is finished.

Tay, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional. He spent a lot of time answering my questions. I decided to replace my roof with GAF American Harvest line. I will return after the install to complete this review but for now, I am very satisfied with Reve Exteriors, LLC.

Tay, sale rep from Reve Exteriors was very professional and knowledgeable about Alside windows. He went out of his way to answer all my questions about Mezzo and Fairfield products and spent great amount of time helping me pick the right windows for my home. I was very happy with the final costs he gave me. His customer service was outstanding. I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing new windows.

Reve Exteriors was great! Nicole Lyle has been my point person and she was fantastic! I am awaiting the install, but will leave another review once it's completed. So far I am very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge provided at my in-home consultation. Loved every minute of it!

We are pending the install of our new shower, but just have to say that Daniel Metz and the others at Reve that I have spoken to so far have provided outstanding customer service. Daniel is very professional and knowledgeable about the bath wraps products and features. He was very patient with us as we pondered the design we wanted and helped make it a truly pleasant experience. We are very excited to see the project completed and hope to have Daniel back to see it too!

Tay Huynh from Reve came out and inspected my roof and gave me the estimate. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me problems I didn't know I had that other estimators overlooked, because he inspected the attic unlike the others. He was very informative and I could see how the way they plan to install their product would prevent the sort of damage I had, unlike the products of the other bids I received. Their Golden Pledge warranty seems a great value and surpasses what other companies offer. The Timberline American Harvest shingles also seem to be better quality than the others I learned about. The cost is a bit more than other places, but it seems like it gives better value. I haven't had the work done yet, so not rating the work quality. But so far I'm satisfied with their customer service, knowledge of their product, understanding of the problems I had in my current roof, and thoroughness of my roof inspection.

Paul Rhoton came out to perform our estimate. He showed us areas that were damaged and pictures from inside the attic where water had penetrated the roof. Paul was extremely personable, and easy to work with. He had amazing knowledge about the products and processes and took time to answer any questions we had. I was pleased that while he showed us the high-end of the products available, he didn't try to upsell us for items we didn't need. Although this was only the estimate, he gave us confidence in his company and product that resulted in us scheduling both roof and gutter replacement.

We Allen a number from a tub and shower add on tv, made an appointment and had a very nice young man ,Daniel Metz, from Reve Exteriors LLC come to our home. He was knowledgable and very pleasant and professional and a pleasure to have in our home.

I am very pleased with my new windows! Everyone I had contact with at Reve was very professional and helpful. Kevin Marshall was very knowledgable, answered all my questions, and was instrumental in my decision to go with Reve windows.

We recently discovered a leak in our roof, and started to panic. We contacted Reve Exteriors and they were the first company available to come take a look. We were lucky enough to have Tay stop by on a Saturday night and spend three hours with us. Tay was very professional, and encouraged us to take part in his inspection. The process was time consuming, but very informative. I was very nervous when it came to the sell. Well there was some salesmanship but in reality Tay had our best interest in mind, and went over all the options. The pricing was high, and he worked with us to come up with something a little more competitive. Overall, they might be a little higher that competition, but I honestly believe their product is worth it. On top of all of that, I would rather spend more for a roof that last 30 years, then go with another cheap contractor and replace our roof again in 11 years. I would recommend everyone contact Tay to come take a look if they have any questions.
