DaBella - St Cloud

This is a pre-installation review. Recently my wife and I decided it was time to get serious about replacing our roof, so we did a little research online and found Reve Exteriors. They appeared to have a great track record and a lot of satisfied customers, so we set up an appointment. A couple days later we met with sales representative Keegan Chapman. He performed a thorough inspection of our roof, including climbing around in our attic to assess the condition of our existing plywood. He then gave us a very thorough presentation on the company, the ins and outs of the roofing industry, pitfalls to avoid, available products, etc. Keegan was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and absolutely transparent about the costs associated with the roofing system we decided upon. The roof has not been installed yet, so the 4.5 stars on quality and value for money are a little premature. However, if the quality is anything along the lines of the experience we've had with Reve to date I think we are going to be very happy with our purchase.

This review is for the presentation and signing process. Cole LaBar and John Chappell were professional and very knowledgeable.

Found Reve Exteriors on Home Advisor's website. They were quick to get someone out to give us an estimate. Explained what the product was and what installation involved very well. Once the weather cooperated they did the job in one day. The roof looks fantastic, Best looking and best roof in the neighborhood.

After our roof started to leak we did some research on roofers. We found Reve Exteriors and they contacted us quickly to setup an appointment. Aaron Lammey came by and gave us a comprehensive presentation on the Reve Exteriors Company, their products and warrantee. Aaron was polite and thorough as he showed us several options and pricing. He left information for us to review and a few hours later we decided to go with Reve Exteriors. The work has not been scheduled yet but we are looking forward to a job well done. Ratings are based on the presentation.

What initially we thought was a great company has now turned into a nightmare. I was willing to overlook the fact that they left a mess behind when they were done but they incorrectly installed the roofing around our skylight wrong which led to a leak and interior damage. Their "fix" was to slop on some black tarry looking substance very sloppily and have refused to acknowledge that anything needs to be done about the interior damage the leak caused. The battle continues...

The Representative Jubel was outstanding and polite and was very transparent with cost and what the company REVE was all about which is quality craftsmanship and 100% satisfaction. I learned about the roof replacement and what would happen and why, I also asked questions which he answered.

I would say that I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism shown by Reeve and their installation team. They found a section of the roof that needed extra work but did not charge me more than their original estimate. Tracy, their project rep was also very friendly and helpful through out the process.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Promised top tier service had 4 to 5 skipped and cancelled appointments, unwanted changes to materials, charging for replacement materials ludicrously higher (charging tongue and groove instead of plywood price). Not pleased with them at all.

Well the contract was with Reve Roofing the work was done by Camp Roofing. They were very professional very good at what they did. I was very happy with the job

We have been nervous about this endeavor but Brandon was helpful, informed and professional thus helping us relieve our worries. They were able to help us customize our new windows to fit our families needs. We are so excited to have our new windows in the coming weeks.

From Keegan Chapman, our very knowledgeable sales person, to George the foreman of the roof crew, everyone has been kind, honest and trust worthy. Our new shingle roof adds so much to our house, in looks, value and for peace of mind. I can't wait to see what the finished roof will look like with the new gutters that are to be installed. Reve Exteriors is taking great care of us. We will certainly be using them for our future home improvement needs.

KEEGAN CHAPMAN is a terrific salesman . He is a great listener and answered all my questions perfectly and explained so I could understand the issues and possibilities for using Reve Exteriors. His knowledge of the companies product and his competitors is amazing. He was patient with me and speaks well on behalf of his company. He will be a great asset to your roofing company. He believes in his companies product. I was in sales some time ago and can appreciate his talent. He is also sincere and kind as well. I can tell he loves what he does. I am happy to have gotten a chance to work with him.

Josiah Owinyo came out to give us a quote on our roof and gutters. He spent quality time on assessing our needs, explaining the product and procedures, and finding us the best deal. Josiah created a partnership with us in our journey of obtaining a new roof. Because of his time, energy, and genuineness we feel we made the best choice with choosing Reve as our roofing & gutter company.

Nicole Lyle came out and gave us a quote for our roof. It was in really bad shape with rotten plywood and she was able to tell us how much would need to be replaced and what could be salvaged. Other companies had told us that all the plywood would need to be replaced. We needed it done quick and they were able to accommodate us. Their warranty is the best we've seen. We are very happy we hired them for this project.

We met with Nicole Lyle yesterday to discuss the replacement of our asphalt shingle roof. Nicole did a very thorough inspection of our roof, then she sat down with us and explained what needed to be done, the products they use, and the process to replace our roof. Nicole explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. We feel very confident we have chosen the best company for this project. Thanks Nicole!
