Overall well.
Description of Work: 9 Windows and patio door replaced We researched several companies before selecting Champion. The one bad start was their failure to follow up on scheduling to do the exact measurements. After six days I contacted them --> having paid up front and being told they would contact me in 1-2 days was a disappointing start. However, from that point service and follow-up contact was first-class. Installation was done in one day. Windows made a huge difference in sound since the house is by a freeway and internal temperature retention has meant no need for the heaters to be on as much.

CHAMPION DIVISION MANAGER'S RESPONSE: While I was very pleased that the overall experience was a good one, it was disappointing to see that it took a call from the customer for us to schedule a measure. Certainly NOT our normal procedure!! I identified the issue to make certain it was only a one time unique glitch in our system (it was indeed a one time unique problem). It should not happen again.

Description of Work: We had Champion finish replacing our windows that Penquin had started. They completed the job in a timely manner. Love the new windows. We would call them again if we needed new windows or siding.

Description of Work: Estimate for the replacement of Windows. One of 4 estimates. It was the lowest estimate and the "salesman" was the most knowledgeable of the onsite individuals. Check measurement and discussion with individual was accurate and resolved an installation issue. Installation crew was ontime, quick, checked measurements and compared them to the windows they had in the truck. Manufacturing took about two weeks which was excellent.
